We were finally ready and excited to remodel our 50 year-old home, which would include the enclosure of the lanai to create more living space, a kitchen expansion, enlarging the downstairs bedrooms, and converting a half bath into a full bathroom in the master bedroom. BUT, we were clueless how to get started with the drafting and permitting process so we could move forward. Luckily, based on very favorable Yelp reviews that we read, we contacted Noland Magbaleta of Draftechi. He quickly set up time to stop by the house to see and assess what we wanted to do. His proposal was very reasonable and submitted quickly. When we agreed to work together, he and his crew came to talk to us and understand our vision and make the detailed measurements to create the house plans. He made all the arrangements for other assessments as well. And he managed the C&C permit submission process which took the most time. He kept us informed and let us know where in the process we were in. When we received our approval, he dropped off the hardcopy of the house plans to us at home and provided a electronic version for our records.
