AAA QUALITY MOVING should be your only choice of movers as they are mine…read more My first move with them was in 2013 and they have moved me atleast 10 times since. Twice I've had to use two other companies and not only did neither show up on time but they did a horrible job, broke my things and one company even damaged my father in laws house and refused to take anything off the extremely high price I was paying. AAA QUALITY MOVING not only cares about the people they move but they move your item's as of it were their own. So weather you a person moving home to home or into or out of Storage or a Small or Even Large Company looking for the Best Movers at The BEST PRICES...MAKE AAA QUALITY MOVING YOUR ONLY WAY TO MOVE!

Absolutely the worst experience moving ever! Everything seemed great until they showed up. We had…read morephone calls, texts and even a walk through where John even took notes. We felt confident. Boy were we wrong! $15k down the drain. Everything became a complaint or an argument. We had picked them specifically because they said they would build a crate for the lathe and charged another $1000 to do it. On the day John argued he would not move it and had never agreed to. Much less build a crate for it. I ended up providing makeshift materials and show them how to safely move it. When it got here things were bent and broken. While getting boxes in the truck two of them kept pushing each other around like two little kids. They eventually dropped a bed frame on the hardwood floor and then one pretended to be hurt. We saw it. It never touched him but he screamed it broke his foot and was bleeding. Yet somehow he had no issues moving boxes. The same two guys kept pushing each other around until finally one was thrown right where a snow plow was being moved. The plow flipped over and narrowly missed his foot! I turned white. The truck they brought was not big enough. They had to go and offload it and return. That took them 4 hours. We had to walk behind them around the house because they would constantly not grab all the boxes from rooms but close the door and say it was all done. Always an argument ensued. Things like yard equipment, glass and awkwardly shaped things were taken separately on the truck. When these guys arrived they had two trucks and just 3 people. As they opened the truck I saw one of my generators sitting upside down! The lathe was loosely strapped to the side of the truck sitting on the same material I provided. Things on it were bent and broken from bouncing around. All the yard equipment and awkwardly shaped items were just stuck in tall garment boxes. Trim pieces from my truck I had just painted were scratched and rubbed through. Ruined. Boxes were crushed. The guy with the "broken foot" kept limping around. John hardly did anything. Boxes were placed any which way pretty much anywhere. We had to insist and argue for boxes to be taken where they belonged. Things that went into storage were just chucked in and boxes placed right at the entrance. It was a mess. We gave up on having the furniture put back together as we just wanted them to leave.

One year later, I still would not recommend Interstate Moving or Glass City Movers. My move from…read moreFlorida to Pennsylvania cost over $36,000, and despite months of planning, the companies were unprepared, failed to honor their commitments, and left me with additional expenses. I spent three months researching movers because this was a move involving two entire estates. Six months before the move, I completed a detailed video inventory of every item with an Interstate representative. Based on that inventory, I accepted a quote of about $36,000, including packing, materials, and transportation, and paid an $11,000 deposit. Interstate told me I would receive a quality assurance call before the move to review my inventory, but that never happened. When I called, I was repeatedly assured everything was on track and that Glass City Movers, the company they hired, would arrive with multiple crews. Instead, Glass City Movers showed up surprised by the amount of belongings, even though everything had been documented. They had only one crew, not enough boxes or packing supplies, and even had to buy materials at Home Depot and hire local day laborers. The move was delayed three days, forcing us to change hotel reservations, flights, and our rental car. When the first truck arrived in Pennsylvania, the crew agreed--in writing on the bill of lading--to leave everything in the garage so the second crew could move it into the house. When the second crew arrived, they refused to honor that agreement and would not unload the truck until I paid the remaining balance. The owner told me it didn't matter what his employees had promised, and Interstate offered no help. I ultimately had to hire local movers to finish the job. Unpacking was just as disappointing. Many boxes were poorly packed, drawers had simply been dumped into boxes, and one box even contained the crew's trash, including empty soda bottles, cigarette butts, and used tape. Despite careful planning, detailed documentation, and repeated communication, neither company delivered what they promised or accepted responsibility. I cannot recommend Interstate Moving or Glass City Movers.

Thank you again for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Hope Bland 9 reviews 6 days ago New Writing a negative review is never something I set out to do, but unfortunately my experience with Two Men and a Truck moving company in Toledo, Ohio needs to be shared so that others are aware. While preparing my 86-year-old mother's home for repairs after water damage, I contacted this company specifically for packing-only services. I clearly explained that we did not need anything moved, only clothing and miscellaneous items packed. Their website advertises packing-only services, and when I called, I was assured that they could accommodate exactly what we needed. They quoted $205 per hour for a three-person team and scheduled a date for an in-home assessment and for the actual packing. The assessor came to the home, took pictures, and seemed visibly annoyed when they learned that another company would be moving our furniture into a POD. Still, nothing was said about packing services being an issue. Two days later, I received a call stating that they "do not pack only" and would not be providing the service. I was stunned. I asked why they told me otherwise, why they came to my home for an estimate, and why they scheduled a packing date if they had no intention of following through. Their explanation was that the website is "national" and not all locations offer packing-only services despite the fact that they clearly advertised it and initially confirmed they could do it. The truth is, they do offer packing-only services; they simply refused to honor it because we hired a different company to handle our furniture. The items they were scheduled to pack were not even being moved out of the home. I have never dealt with a company that so blatantly misled me. This entire situation caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time as we try to support an elderly parent and repair her home. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've had with a packing or moving company, and I felt it was important to share.
