I don't know if they kept moving more lucrative repair jobs up in front of mine, or if they literally somehow forgot about me, over and over and over, but it doesn't matter; I now have even more expensive repairs to sort out due to their lack of action. They were pretty reasonable in price too, and were also the only roofers to actually have a live person respond to my call right away - how a roofing company can afford to not call back customers in this economy is beyond me. Also, they guarantee their work for a year, so if you have a problem give them a call and they will fix it. I noticed a leak in the same spot as before, and they just called me, literally five minutes ago to tell me that they were in my neighborhood and will go on my roof and repair it, while I am at work. That's right, I don't have to leave work, and they didn't ask any questions, other than where the leak was.
