Now, over a year later, after a parade of "we'll be out in a couple weeks!" every time I called, they still haven't come out to fix the roof of my garage, which only got worse over the winter and now I'm looking at having to replace the rear wall of the garage as well. All they ever did to it was throw a tarp over it just before winter, which didn't cover the whole roof. I don't know if they kept moving more lucrative repair jobs up in front of mine, or if they literally somehow forgot about me, over and over and over, but it doesn't matter; I now have even more expensive repairs to sort out due to their lack of action. Maybe you'll have better luck with them than I did, but if you get Zach as your project manager, don't believe a word he says about when they'll be out.

He acts like he cares about his customers but he doesn't he would rather argue…read morewith them because he's "always right" When they installed my roof they added a brand new vent for my furnace and water heater but the dummies left the instruction papers inside vent and also capped it which ment all the co2 and condensation from water heater (parts have also melted) was going into my house and making us sick. Could have killed us. Matt had nothing to say when we called him out on his crappy job. F*** him and that companion still picking up nails in my yard and driveway from them.

They were pretty reasonable in price too, and were also the only roofers to actually have a live person respond to my call right away - how a roofing company can afford to not call back customers in this economy is beyond me. Also, they guarantee their work for a year, so if you have a problem give them a call and they will fix it. I noticed a leak in the same spot as before, and they just called me, literally five minutes ago to tell me that they were in my neighborhood and will go on my roof and repair it, while I am at work. That's right, I don't have to leave work, and they didn't ask any questions, other than where the leak was.

Since there was only half a roof to complete and have everything the same age I asked for an estimate to complete that work. Boy was I surprised to see the estimate for 1/4 of what was previously done estimated at almost the same price! I do not recommend Seagate and will not recommend in the future. Very disappointed.
