The rep that came out for the estimate was kind and knowledgeable. Their prices were competitive and they did good work on our ceramic floors. We called about a light haze in areas and they immediately offered to come back out to make it right. We have had other work being done on the house, so we have not had them out yet, but they have been following up with my husband every few days to make sure we get them scheduled to come back out. We all know that mistakes happen and it's how you correct them that makes all the difference, so I am extremely happy with their service.
