Finally got a chance to stop in on a rainy night and it was absolutely worth running through the rain for. Went on a Saturday evening and it wasn't too crowded. There is enough seating space to fit the whole family. They have a hibachi/grill station that lets you watch your food be prepared and has the place smelling amazing. We built our own bowls. I love the option to pick and choose what all we want in our bowls. They have an array of different items to choose from. I was overwhelmed but in the absolute best way. Both of our bowls were outstanding. We have two fried rolls: trussville roll and super yummy roll. They were absolutely delicious. It was so much food that I was able to eat off the left overs two more times. Needless to say I will DEFINITELY be back for more. 10/10

I was happy to find out that we had a new place in Trussville that's similar to the Yummy Bowl on Lakeshore. I decided to try it out while on my lunch break & I wasn't disappointed. We were seated quickly & our server was right behind to get drink orders started. It looks really clean inside, quiet (there weren't many people at the time I went). The temperature may be a bit warm for someone who is hot-natured though. I'm normally cold so I didn't mind, but I didn't use my jacket at all. I ordered the mango sushi roll w/a side of spring rolls & my friend got the build your own bowl. Both items came really quickly. I haven't had sushi in years but my roll was very fresh & delicious. The spring rolls were piping hot with a nice crunch!

Delish! First time here and we loved it. Service was super friendly and fast. I loved being able to pick out everything I wanted for my bowl and it came out perfect. Dinner price was great and I would love to come back for lunch for the lunch special! The restaurant was nice and clean!

When I pulled up to this gem in Trussville, I wasn't expecting to be blown away! The food was amazing with quick, friendly service, and the vibe was so chill I almost fell asleep. Sushi was fresh and Build Your Own Bowl was delicious, since you get to choose your own ingredients and sauces. 11/10 best Mongolian restaurant in Trussville.

Oh my goodness....why have I waited so long to try this place? This might be one of my favorite…read morerestaurants now! I have never had noodles this delicious! I came here this weekend for lunch, and had one of the best noodle bowls ever here. Get the Udon noodles! They are amazing! They have some dishes like sushi you can order, but I chose to make my own bowl. I chose my starch of Udon noodles, but you can also choose from a variety of starches like white rice, brown rice, and fried rice. Then you chose your vegetables, protein, sauces, and seasonings. I wish I had seen all the protein before I added my veggies! Nevertheless, I still created an amazing bowl with tomatoes, soybeans, bell peppers, bacon, egg, beef, ham, and other amazing things I can't think of at this very moment. I chose soy sauce as my seasoning to be safe since I didn't know what a lot of the other sauces were. My finished bowl was amazing! I could eat this everyday and not get bored of it!

The staff automatically added gratuity to the check (which makes sense for our party size), so my one-bowl dinner came out to $19.19--pretty standard pricing these days. The bowl itself wasn't super filling, but that might've been my fault for not piling it higher or getting the unlimited so at least 2 bowls for the price of one--lesson learned! I ended up eating a few pieces of my friend's sushi (about five, to be exact) and got full from that. The sushi was tasty and full of flavor. The wasabi was on the weak side and pasty but not a problem. I ate it all! Overall, everyone enjoyed the experience. It's the kind of spot that's great for groups, where you can have fun customizing your food and still end the night satisfied.

Great egg rolls, and a simple, but "Hits different" fried rice as well. Friendly staff, and the delivery driver is very polite and prompt! We haven't eaten in the restaurant yet, but look forward to it. Simply the best Chinese food on this side of 280, and I mean that. You can't find a better restaurant for Chinese food within 20 miles! Food was served quickly and was hot and seemed freshly prepared. Both the hot and sour and egg drop soups were delicious! Egg or Spring rolls were standard fare, seasoned cabbage and some sort of ground meat (pork?) Both entrees arrived piping hot and looked attractive... but were void of flavor - not just bland but flavorless. We added a bit of every sauce available on the table to the meals, ate what we needed and left the rest - Not Bad - just Not worth going back for us. We were a bit surprised after reading the many enthusiastic reviews. We wish the establishment well, but the food didn't satisfy us.

The folks are super nice and are absolutely willing to customize your orders if you've got special needs or requests since everything is cooked to order. As for the ambiance, it's strip-mall Chinese, but if you know, you know that's where you get some of the best food. Went with my usual first-timer order, sesame chicken and crab rangoons. The sesame chicken was great-- I had a feeling it would be when it didn't come out glaringly neon red like at so many other places. All I can say about the crab rangoons is you want to order the big box because they're fantastic and addictive. I wasn't able to try the spam musubi; they make it with authentic rice and didn't have a batch going because it's Christmas and all, but that's definitely what I'm having the next time (along with the beef stew noodle which looked AMAZING). Looking forward to trying the lomo saltado, the bulgogi, as well as the teriyaki burger, which came highly recommended to me by one of the regulars.
