When this guy talks, its always so positive like "no problem I got it" but when it actually comes to meeting deadlines, this guy is a 0/10. The people he subcontracts to while he sits on his fat ass collecting a check, do horrible work. I bet they're underpaid too. He does nothing but collect money. Drives around in a Shelby Ford truck that he paid for scamming and overcharging people for and underpaying his workers that he subcontracts to. I paid him $33,000 to remove a pool, and he missed just about every deadline; finished about 2 weeks AFTER when he told me it was gonna be done. Did not re-tile any of the surrounding areas and left it a mess. Said he would do me a "favor" help me sell my pool equipment (filter, control panel, heater, etc). Didn't do any of that. In the process broke a light that I could have resold for around $500 from god knows what. This guy is the poster child for shady sales. Overpromise. Underdeliver. Make shit up, and repeat.
