The "real " salesman who's card I was given, didn't know who I was, was very cranky, told me to bring the car back and said he was out when I brought the car there. Turns out his colleague didn't explain any of that to me - I assumed I was going to get an offer. Anyway, his irritation didn't make me feel like I could do business there.

Can't get a hold of the general manager. When I called, your customer service person, Barbara Perez contacted your service department. I asked for a refund for your services and let them know about the state police, claiming my sub frame passed inspection, along with other things they that said failed and needed to be replaced. The police said he couldn't find anything wrong with my car. He inspected the old tires too and said they did not need to be changed. Now I also have on paper that my break pads were still good too. Your service department tried to claim i needed over $6000 in repairs and my visit to Koons Toyota costed a little over $1000. Barbara Perez with customer service was rude and unapologetic. She claims "But you authorized the tire change." I told her "Yes, because your service department claimed they needed to be changed but when the police inspected them, he said they were fine." Barbara Perez then said your service department inspected the tires better than the police did. That isn't true.

We often forget that the small business has more at stake than the big companies do. This is something that Caddyshack Motors has not forgotten. Don't overlook them, don't underestimate them, and if you see a car there you really like, dont question it's quality. Every car is maryland inspected and runs the way they want them to run for their own family. No duds. Their level of customer service is beyond comparison. Oh a hot day they brought water to my family, and gave the kids things to play with while we talked about the purchase. You simply can't find honest caring people at major dealerships like you can at Caddy Shack. They made sure that we got a great vehicle at a great price, no games. My wife is thrilled. The vehicle has remote start, front AND rear heated seats, and best of all, dvd player with two screens. Perfect for our kids. Look at my other reviews, you can tell I don't BS. Don't question your decision... go buy a car from them, you'll be happy. I am.

I give the sales department a solid five stars. They are excellent; they are not high pressure sales people and provide honest advice and deals on a purchase. It does help to have done your homework before going in, such as knowing the value of a trade in vehicle if you have one. The maintenance department is more along three-and a half to four stars. I usually get reliable and honest service, but there have been a couple of times over the years I have been dissatisfied when I believed I was being hustled for unnecessary repairs and replacements. However, this is an uncommon occurrence. The maintenance department is well run and makes timely repairs. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership.

The new services are somehow both at a critical level and also were not seen during the evaluation 1 month prior. I will not be bringing my car back to Annapolis Subaru in the future.

I read on the Honda website that it would take about an hour. I scheduled an appointment for 6:30am. I arrived at 6:20am. Chip set me up and asked me to drive my car into the garage. Once I did, another gentleman got my mileage and keys. Chip asked if I was going to wait, and I said, "Yes". I sat in the waiting room, which is comfortable, and has a good WiFi connection. At 7:05am, Chip told me that the car was ready. All done in considerably less than one hour. Simple and straight forward. I saw some negative Yelp reviews, but nothing but a positive experience for me.

My friend and I arrived and started viewing some of the cars. Marcus came out and greeted us and provided information. My friend talked with Marcus and we ended up going for a test drive. Marcus provided excellent customer service but unfortunately did not trump the disrespect and rude behavior we experienced from the manager Steve. We made it clear to Marcus that if we could negotiate a deal in my budget we would leave with the car that evening. He went over to talk to a manager and Steve came back with paperwork for financing instead of leasing. When we clarified that we were interested in leasing options Steve became annoyed and rude and abruptly left as if we were inconveniencing him. He returned with the correct paperwork and we attempted to try and negotiate the price. Steve was rude, unprofessional and cut us off. I could tell Marcus was embarrassed by the manager's behavior. My friend and I immediately got up, thanked Marcus and shook his hand and walked out. I ended up finding a great deal from another dealer. I will NEVER give my business to this dealership and recommend others stay away as well.
