Can't get a hold of the general manager. When I called, your customer service person, Barbara Perez contacted your service department. I asked for a refund for your services and let them know about the state police, claiming my sub frame passed inspection, along with other things they that said failed and needed to be replaced. The police said he couldn't find anything wrong with my car. He inspected the old tires too and said they did not need to be changed. Now I also have on paper that my break pads were still good too. Your service department tried to claim i needed over $6000 in repairs and my visit to Koons Toyota costed a little over $1000. Barbara Perez with customer service was rude and unapologetic. She claims "But you authorized the tire change." I told her "Yes, because your service department claimed they needed to be changed but when the police inspected them, he said they were fine." Barbara Perez then said your service department inspected the tires better than the police did. That isn't true.

The car is functional, but has lost lane change assistance and warnings,, backup assistance/ warnings, approaching car warnings in side mirrors, forward crash warnings/ preventions, USB charging, USB communication, NFC wireless charging, and a number of other services. Performed all the fixes advised by Hyundai and user groups, cleaned sensors, checked fuses, rebotted system, reset 12v battery, etc. After trying these, called dealer. Was able to get through to service after one hour and got call back to make an appointment after three hours. First available appointment on July 30 - that's three weeks away. Apparently their techs are that booked up with what were referred to as "diagnostics" that it will take that long to get help. When I asked the service rep if I should risk driving a partially functional vehicle for three weeks - he didn't have an answer. Hope you're not driving in the lane next to me on Rt 50

Minor repairs cost thousands of dollars. One honest service person suggested I go elsewhere for a repair because (a) it's cheaper and (b) the part was on back order anyway. After my service plan expired I went to Jiffy Lube. When they went to rotate the tires, they found that the Annapolis Subaru people cross threaded a lug nut. If I had gotten a flat tire, I wouldn't have been able to change the tire. Since this was a Wilderness Forester I use for overlanding, I could have been stranded in the backcountry. Plus it was expensive to repair. DON'T GET A SERVICE PLAN AND DON'T USE THE ANNAPOLIS SUBARU SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I purchased my Genesis GV80 from another dealership 2 hours away, but needed someone to do a quick walk through of all the electronic features (about 20-30 minutes of a sales person time). They wanted to charge me $50 for this!! It should be complementary. In fact, I ended up driving an extra 15 minutes down the road to the Bowie dealership where they were happy to do a quick walk through. Needless to say, I will go back to Bowie when I need to purchase again as I do love my Genesis. One other gripe. I had my car serviced once here - a very expensive $190 oil change. When returning the car, they didn't wash or vacuum the car. So, I had to sit and wait for them to wash the car. Then, they only vacuumed the 2 front seats of the car and left the rest undone. You don't pay $190 for an oil change and get a dirty vehicle back or any service at a dealership for that matter. Very chintzy for a luxury line. Needless to say, I will not return to this Annapolis Genesis dealership.

I read on the Honda website that it would take about an hour. I scheduled an appointment for 6:30am. I arrived at 6:20am. Chip set me up and asked me to drive my car into the garage. Once I did, another gentleman got my mileage and keys. Chip asked if I was going to wait, and I said, "Yes". I sat in the waiting room, which is comfortable, and has a good WiFi connection. At 7:05am, Chip told me that the car was ready. All done in considerably less than one hour. Simple and straight forward. I saw some negative Yelp reviews, but nothing but a positive experience for me.

My friend and I arrived and started viewing some of the cars. Marcus came out and greeted us and provided information. My friend talked with Marcus and we ended up going for a test drive. Marcus provided excellent customer service but unfortunately did not trump the disrespect and rude behavior we experienced from the manager Steve. We made it clear to Marcus that if we could negotiate a deal in my budget we would leave with the car that evening. He went over to talk to a manager and Steve came back with paperwork for financing instead of leasing. When we clarified that we were interested in leasing options Steve became annoyed and rude and abruptly left as if we were inconveniencing him. He returned with the correct paperwork and we attempted to try and negotiate the price. Steve was rude, unprofessional and cut us off. I could tell Marcus was embarrassed by the manager's behavior. My friend and I immediately got up, thanked Marcus and shook his hand and walked out. I ended up finding a great deal from another dealer. I will NEVER give my business to this dealership and recommend others stay away as well.
