I like my Doctor, but dealing with this practice has been beyond frustrating. First of all, wait time when you have an appointment has been crazy. I've waited for hours! The communication is awful. I've had situations where I've left message after message and no one responds. I was going out of the country and trying to get my prescriptions refilled and no one would help me. I finally had to go on a two week trip without one of my prescriptions. When you call, it's as if the office staff has no connection with the doctors. Most recently I wanted to switch my prescriptions to a mail order option through my insurance company. My insurance has requested my scrips for over a week and Generations has done nothing and will not respond to me. This is the same story over and over. I will be looking for a new practice!! I have been patient at generations for several years and always been satisfied with the care I have received. I have not had issues making appointments, even when I needed one for an acute illness. I have always been able to rely on Generations, until recently. I suffer from Kidney Stones, discovered at a local ED and documented in 2019. I completely understand that there is an narcotic epidemic and prescribing them can be challenging for providers. However, when you ask for 2 days of pain medicine, not 7 or 4, only 2 days long enough to pass the stone and your primary care office wont help you, I ask " Then What ". The pharmacy database can be verified showing that I do not regularly get pain medications. Advising patients to go to the ER when the muscle relaxer you prescribe does not work is taxing on the ER and costly to the patient. Pleasant staff, clean office the providers overall seem to genuinely care but i think somewhere more aggressive would be best for me. read more

I was excited to move to this practice for primary care after seeing the great reviews online. Unfortunately the service was sub par at best. I had two appointments this week and waited over an hour for both. I believe they have too many patients and obviously can't handle it. There's no reason I should have two scheduled appointments and have to wait over an hour twice in one week, especially for a blood draw. I enjoyed my provider but definitely will be going elsewhere for service. No patient should have to leave before being seen because they've been waiting for almost two hours. read more

If I could give a negative star I would! Front office staff could care less about you, especially Angela. Was rear ended hospitalized and needed to follow up with my PCP, Dawn is awesome but was out for Thanksgiving, had apt with Bozena and arrived 10 mins late, Angela said had to check my insurance then told me because I was late I couldn't be seen per Bozena, told me to reschedule to been seen an hour and a half later. Told Angela I can barley move/walk and drove 45 mins to get there, she didn't care. Requested all records to be sent to me since they don't want my business, Angela gladly gave me the form for my records. If you want to be treated like a number and don't want to be respected then this is the place for you! You can wait for 30 to 60 mins waiting for a doctor in the waiting room to see you but if your late a couple of mins then sorry your out of luck. Left message for Jessica office manager, of course she's off until Tuesday, we will see if I even get a call back from her. I would not recommend this office at all, very heartless staff read more

For some reason this office doesn't set up appointments with its doctors, you get an appointment with a PA or a nurse which I find unsatisfactory. My impression of going here several times is that staff is either overworked, bored or disinterested. The most competent person seems to be the young lady at the front desk. I've switched to another health care provider who is upbeat, professional and who is actually a medical doctor!! I wish I had left this place sooner. read more

Our family of four has been going to Generations for several years now. I can not say enough good things about both Dr. and Mrs. Glodowski and the care they provide my children. Dr. Glodowski is very caring, patient (including with worried parents) and an excellent diagnostician as well as an amazing doctor. He consistently goes above and beyond to provide professional, competent, compassionate care to my kids and our family. Mrs. Glodowski is also amazing and goes above and behind with her skin care patients. I highly recommend both! Generations as a whole has been a great fit for the whole family. This is the best clinic in the area, with honest to god north American doctors which has become a rarity in this area. DR Gladowski is a consummate professional who listens and spends a good deal of time with patients. He works with me to make sure I am healthy and get what I need to have a high quality of life. He goes the extra mile and works hard and has a great sense of humor. Not only that, I saw the n.p. There once day and she was also kind and very professional. The office girls are friendly and helpful and the nurses follow up with me, get the medicine I need, explain my lab results. This is the best medical practice I've ever been to and thank God too that they are actual Americans! read more

We've been taking my daughter here since she was born and they have been great. Easy to work with, super accommodating, and you always know they have your best interests in mind! I also like that Dr Macomber studies my daughter rather than relying solely on CDC charts! read more

I have been going to this doctor's office since they were in the smaller place nearer to High House rd. I dont know what happened. I find absolutely no joy there. The atmosphere is cold and uncaring. The NP there is lazy and not thorough or thoughtful. Its has become a money pit as opposed to a place of healing. I have switched to a new doctors office on kildair rd and I'm very happy with them. read more

What started as an annual physical ended up with a large payment out of my pocket because the office submitted the claim as a regular Dr's visit. People make mistakes and I am more than OK with that. The issue is unwillingness to listen and inflexibility in working with the patients. The billing lady I was on the phone would not listen and was raising her voice. This is an outstanding practice, the best I've ever encountered. All of the medical practitioners are knowledgeable, thorough, and very encouraging and supportive. The staff are competent and friendly. I always feel that my concerns are listened to respectfully and genuinely, and I have never felt rushed. Prescriptions are called in quickly and accurately. They work with my insurance with no problems at all. They have a brand-new state-of-the-art facility that is spotless and welcoming. As a patient for almost four years, I've had mixed experiences at Generations. I've seen several providers - some I haven't been happy with. Dr. Glodowski is great though! The front office staff is always friendly and I like that Generations has pretty good availability compared to other practices. Calling the main line can be tough - I've waited up to 15 minutes just to get through. Overall, a nice practice but there are some areas for improvement. read more

I have been seeing Carrine McKeever since I moved to the area about 2 years ago. She's amazing! Patient, kind, and always has my best interest in mind. I have a thyroid condition, and she actually found my thyroid cancer! She was with me every step of the way and gave me recommendations on my next steps. I am forever grateful for her thorough examinations and patience. Carrine's nurse is amazing! She's always been so kind to me and ask's me how I've been. I have also seen Dr. Glodoski for some back manipulation when I was having unexplained pain in my mid back. I was having a hard time taking deep breaths in at one point, and saw him. He popped one of my ribs back in place! The office staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always busy so, for them to take their time and answer all of your questions, while providing great customer service is the icing on the cake! I am so glad I have found this place! I had an okay experience with the practitioner, but I may not return due to billing issues. After my first appointment and a brief follow-up, I was surprised with a couple bills in the mail that seemed pretty high for just a simple checkup. First of all, I never met the doctor named on my bill as my doctor. I politely requested an itemized and detailed bill twice, but I did not receive one. I paid the bill only because they threatened to send the bill to a collection agency. Okay visit, but I wish their billing and communications were more transparent. read more

I have been with this practice for quite a while, but while my doctor is excellent, there is a serious problem with the accurate and timely transmission of prescriptions, So far I have been frustrated by having pre-authorization requested for an incorrect dosage of a drug. THis resulted in many wasted trips to the pharmacy, and many calls from the pharmacy to the doctor over a 5 day period. When I accidentally discovered the mistake, they did fix it, but the whole thing was an example of how sloppy they are. I have an even worse recent example of their unreliability in this regard, but the details are too unpleasant to recount. I did call the office (with much difficulty) but the nurse I to whom I explained the problem did NOTHING to help me. I finally resorted to calling the after-hours answering service to get my message through. After reading some other reviews I realize that others have the same problem with them. I am changing to a doctor with a smaller, less chaotic and hopefully more reliable staff. read more
