I heard about Flexogenics from a Co-worker who was very happy with his treatment. The staff was awesome to deal with. But they do not take Aetna insurance had to pay $4,000.00 out of pocket over five week treatment schedule. Nothing work after they told me that the procedures they have will fix me right up. I was in more pain than i was when i started. I have to have surgery now and a waste of my time and money. The billing dept. keeps sending me bills on payments i already made. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I high recommend Flexogenix to anyone who has Joint pain due to Osteoarthritis or injury. I have OA in both knees and my ankle. They recommended the PRP treatment and I couldn't be happier. This company did not help my bone on bone knee problem. The truth is my knee became worse. My friend and I made the arduous seven hour round trip four times this past summer. They promise a lot, but deliver little. I am happy to see that a government agency is finally looking into these "stem cell" physicians. I am watching anxiously hoping there will be class action suit. read more

I have since moved to North Carolina and Flexogenix is here! Its been 3 years and I'm still getting the injections every 6 months and am pain free! No surgery needed so far! I am very happy. There are other facilities that offer the injections but if they do not use the sonogram to see where to inject the gel, you will not always get good results. read more

Before sharing my concerns, I will say the treatment itself really helped my knee and avoid knee replacement which is why I'm so disappointed that I won't be going back. For the 3rd time this year, my appointment was delayed by over 30 minutes. Twice it was more than 45 minutes. Today I had the 'first appointment' at 8:00, was the first person in the waiting room at 7:55 and was not called back until 8:45 after 1 other person who came in after me and was having the same treatment. I was then told it would be another 30-45 minutes before I'd be leaving. Unfortunately, I had meetings that I needed to lead and, for the 2nd time, left the office without seeing the doctor. When I spoke to the office manager, she shared that there is no way they can guarantee an appointment which is surprising given they contacted me no less than 4 times to verify my 8:00 appt. I'm hoping I can find a doctor that does similar work and respects my time as well. read more

I don't know who is kidding who but this place is nothing more than a scam and cost my insurance a lot of money for absolutely nothing. I went there for the full treatment including physical therapy and my knees were actually worse. I don't understand the good reviews IF they are truly from patients. Beware of this scam and seek real treatment from a doctor. read more

My mom went to this office. The staff seemed very nice. However, my mom was very concerned about the cost. The lady in the business office supposedly ran her insurance and told my mom that it would all be covered with her insurance. Well turns out that it is not(makes you wonder if it was checked at all) now my mom is getting hit with a big bill. They will not even talk with her her in this office and are making her call the California office. Anyone else having this kind of issue? It would be great to see if there are more incidents like this happening. read more

My husband went here for his knee problem. The shots really seemed to help him. He was very pleased with the medical treatment he received. The insurance department however, is a totally different story. He has two insurances, which they refused to file both at first - so in turn he had to pay a large co-pay each visit. When they finally filed the secondary - which was 5 months later - and after numerous calls to them asking them to file - they finally received payment from his secondary insurance. HOWEVER - after all this - they still will not refund his money. I'm not talking 10 dollars - this would be well over 300 dollars.... they can keep the money - if they really need it - but I feel that is a sorry way to handle business. And unfortunately - as much as it helped my husband - he will not be going back...... And we would not refer anyone to this practice. read more
