I keep getting bills from them 3 months after my surgery. I was told the post-ops were covered in the initial cost of which I paid my portion up front. That wasn't the case. I was charged for another x-ray. Then I was scheduled for recurring PT. I went to two visits and had to pay $203 for the first and $187 for the second. I quit going due to the cost. Then a month later I get a bill for over $600 for the first PT visit. How can a patient know what to expect? It is unreasonable to be so off in their estimated cost. They had my insurance so I'm stunned they can't get the estimate even close. read more

I am very pleased to report the successful removal of my ganglion cyst from my left wrist. I had felt pain for months when I would try to do my floor exercises, turn a knob or the steering wheel. Prior to seeing Dr Jeremy Miles I had seen two other doctors who were afraid to remove the cyst because it was located on an artery. I went here for several years for to see Dr. Andersen for my knee and hip. I actually had hip surgery through these folks for a torn labrum too. When I had the surgery they gave me the paperwork for a handicap placard, which made life a little easier. When I left they were awesome and gave me all of my files to include CDs for my next ortho. I went to a separate doctor here for my neck and an EMG at one time and wasn't a fan of him, because he went on and on how I shouldn't scuba dive because he knew someone who died. I didn't go back to him. For the life of me I cannot remember his name, but he was pretty terrible. read more

Awful experience. I saw Dr. Miles to have small "simple "surgery (as he called it) on one thumb, joint in November 2024. After the surgery I never regained any feeling in my thumb at all. I saw him several times since the surgery to see how this can be corrected as I had full feeling prior to him performing surgery. He first said It will come back in a week, then it became two weeks and the last evaluation he said it "Should come back" and it might take a year and to "just try and forget about it." His lack of caring is pathetic and his skill set now make me wonder if he should even have attempted this surgery. I would certainly not recommend him at all nor would I recommend Cary Orthopedic. Come to find out that the office is trying to charge me a co pay for the pre op appointment. When I contacted my insurance company, they told me there is no co pay for a Pre op appointment period! It turns out they charged me for a regular appointment and not a pre op and they refuse to change it in their system. Also during a post op appointment with Dr. Miles he injected my hand to see if that might bring the feeling back, which it didn't. They are charging me for that as well. I feel like I need to charge Cary Orthopedic and Dr Miles for making my life miserable with no more feeling in my Thumb! I have spoken to 4 office staff including managers, and emailed Dr. Miles assistant and told her to make him aware of the billing issues. No one seems to care at all there. Dr Smeer Matthurs and his team nearly killed me in 2020. He has no compassion or empathy for what he did to me. I suddenly was paralyzed after getting stem cell procedure in 2020. I tried communicating with them and they ignored me. I am only now able to walk again. I live with horrific pain and neurological issues. Please do not use him and his team. read more

On January, 29, 2024 I visited Cary Orthopaedics (Holly Springs) for an appt. with Dr. Eric Lukosius (Foot/Ankle Specialist) for a burning/tingling sensation in my left foot. He was quick to order xrays; later returned to the exam room to say there was nothing unusual on the xray and I should try foot pads in my shoe. He took 2 shoe pads (about the size of a fifty cent piece) from his doctor's jacket and basically tossed them at me and said to try these. He might have been in the room for 5 minutes, and only probably because I asked a question. Total charges..$364.20..with the 2 pads costing $62.00 (how absurd). He could have cared less and couldn't leave the room quick enough. Payment between my insurance company and UNC-Health (9 phone calls) has been ongoing for more than a year, mostly relative to the $62.00 charge, which was billed to me at $24.80. When I called the HSprings Office (January 2025) to speak w/the Office Manager, Gabby, and tell her of 1) my dissatisfaction with the services rendered, (she did listen and apologized), and 2) my dissatisfaction with the ridiculous $62.00 charge, she said she would research the charge and might be able to get it waived, and promised to call me back in 5-6 days. (Also during this year-long escapade between my insurance company and UNC-Health; UNC-Health referred my account to a Collections Agency.) It's now 2 weeks later and I've never heard back from Gabby (why should I be surprised). I would not recommend Dr. Eric Lukosius if you want a caring and professional doctor, and obviously the front desk has their issues with customer service. VERY VERY disappointed in the lack of care, empathy and ridiculous charges. read more

Dr Curzan is a fine surgeon and I still highly reccomend him, but I'm changing my review to zero stars after Dr Martini left me botched and deformed and his PA gaslight me post surgery Martini performed a biceps tenodesis surgery on me, which while technically fine was a cosmetic disaster and left me with a 3 inch gap between my bicep and shoulder. Since I'm a bodybuilder this was completely unacceptable, as was the response to my post surgery concerns where his PA implied I was OCD and told me to go away and come back in 3 months. Thankfully I didn't, otherwise I'd have been permanently disfigured. I went to see several other orthos, who diagnosed me with "popeye deformity" (which the surgery is supposed to fix , and which I didn't have pre surgery) and I had a revision surgery at Raleigh Orthopedic 2 weeks after Martini botched me The fact that another surgeon re operated on me so soon after the original operation is pretty clear evidence of how bad the deformity was, but obviously surgeons stick together and won't come out and go on record how bad the mess up was. The revision dramatically improved the deformity but my arm will never be 100% and the mental and emotional toll was brutal, especially on top of an already rough rehab for the shoulder As a bodybuilder, obviously I never in a million years would have EVER agreed to a surgery that left my most important muscle looking deformed and their policy of attaching the bicep loosely leading to deformity was never EVER discussed with me prior to surgery. Sadly the burden of proof for damages for "cosmetic" deformity is apparently too high in this state for no win no fee lawyers to take my case, so Martini skates on this and I end up having to pay him for botching my arm and causing severe mental distress. But the least I can do is warn anyone who cares about having a normal looking arm to steer well clear of Martini if you need a tenodesis (and arguably I didn't as the tendon was not even slightly torn and I'd asked him to be conservative) read more

I can't thank Dr. Economedes enough. I had my hip replaced 2 1/2 years ago. He was amazing! I had trouble with the healing and my bandage needed to be changed everyday. I couldn't do it. so Dr. Economedes took the time and did it every day for me. After that I was so happy..no more pain and no more limping! Three months ago I had my knee replaced and once again Dr. Economedes performed a miracle. My knee was totally out of whack and it looked like my knee was backwards and I was not only in pain but embarrassed! My knee surgery was great and the recovery was great. He told me my leg would go straight and I was so hopeful! I have heard horror stories about knee replacements. I had the best experience ever! My knee is straight .. I feel great and I was thinking I would have an ugly scar. I can hardly see my scar. I would highly recommend him. He is so kind and caring! I highly recommend him. I truly can't say enough about him. Thank you Dr. Economede for taking such good care of me. I truly appreciate you and thank you for giving me my life back . Cary Orthopedics is wonderful. I see both Dr. Curzan and Dr. Bullock and I can't say enough times how great they both are. I normally do not have to wait long to get in to see either of them, when I'm there for an appointment, however, if I did, I wouldn't mind as they are both amazing. Both Dr Curzan and Dr Bullock talk to you as if you are family. They make you feel at ease and include you in the decisions regarding your treatment plan. Both of these doctors and others I see in passing, always have a smile on their faces and greet you very warmly. Even though they may not always be happy, they try to put aside any bad feelings to start fresh with their next patients. Their office has had an adjustment merging with UNC and so far, so good. Though, my primary merged with UNC in June 21' and there's been a lot of issues with lab work drawn at their doctors office billing as hospital instead of outpatient. It is something I will watch should I have any outside scans done or any physical therapy, just to make sure. I do not anticipate a problem with Cary Orthopedics in this but sometimes mistakes can be made at a higher level. I am so thankful for the front office staff, nurses and the medical staff in the back. I'll forever be grateful to Dr Curzan and Dr. Bullock for being such exceptional doctors. I am in their office every two and four month marks to see each doctor. read more

I also wish I could give negative stars on this clinic. Doctors and medical staff are great but their Office managers are beyond dismal. There is absolutely NO customer Service. This place Requieres card on file and then will charge you whenever and whatever they like without even providing an itemized receipt. Getting a call back from Office manager is impossible. (Ive been waiting 3 weeks and have left numerous messages.) Any dispute of billing is simply ignored. I even went in person to office to seek assistance was brushed off with no resolution. Saw doc once and because on medicare there is a specific requirement for physical therapy prior to treatment. While I totally agree with that practice we started PT in hopes of avoiding invasive treatment. Well...I'm not sure if its because we are Medicare or over 80 years of age, but we were kind of treated like we didn't matter. The two PTs we saw basically went thru the motions. They were completely disengaged and acted like they were working in a factory. Asked questions on what to do at home didn't get a direct response. It seems like we were only there to meet the requirement for further treatment by the doc rather than to actually see if PT would work to alleviate symptoms. If you are an older adult and if you are on Medicare, I would definitely think twice using there services if you are trying to avoid surgery. Showed up today for appointment and they said it was cancelled and they called and left message. Cell showed no incoming calls. Front office staff tried to accommodate but were unable to. They mentioned that we were on Medicare so I'm pretty sure that came into the decision to not work us in until much later in the day. Yeah...think twice about this place. Hopefully there are better options for seniors available. If I find them I will share. read more

Went in for lingering lower back pain. Long wait; nurse took my vitals; doctor spoke to me for maybe 5 minutes and recommended an MRI. That's it. The whole visit was probably 15 minutes plus wait time. Cost? $270. That's right. 5 minutes with the doctor was $270. I called to contest and they said they had recorded it as 45 minutes and would contest. They never called me back, but when I called them they told me that they wouldn't change it. $270 for 5 minutes and no treatment. That's what you get here. read more

I have been with Cary Ortho & Spine for many years. I have had surgery with them, PT and very expensive operations not covered by insurance (not FDA approved). I have been very patient with staff turnover and their busy schedules. Today I was told the doctor was running behind so I would have to reschedule when I was "15 minutes late." (*I was not late.). It was clear the front staff was overworked and wanted to leave. I asked for the staff to ask the doctor before rescheduling and sending me home. They did not check with the doctor because they had lied about my being late and missing my appointment time. When I questioned them they quickly checked me in. I cannot imagine if they had done this to an elderly patient or someone in worse pain. Dr Mathur is an excellent doctor and I am saddened that this practice is a reflection of him. This was not my first issue with customer service at this practice. A few months ago a team member insisted I pay a big bill that I already paid. A year before that I had another issue. read more

If I could give a higher rating I would. My experience has been nothing but positive. I had been having pain in my shoulder and down my left arm for over 10 years. I had been told by rheumatologists that it was osteoarthritis and remained on medications that did absolutely nothing. My primary care physician sent me to Dr. Sameer Mathur. The front desk, nurse and Mark Rescino,PA were all helpful and considerate. Dr.Mathur performed a C5-7 discectomy and fusion on me. I couldn't be happier. I am pain free! read more

In December Dr. Mathur perform back surgery on me. I have been extremely happy with the results. My only issue was a charge I received that Medicare did not pay, as they don't pay for items that were purchased without a competitive bid. I made several calls and e-mail to Dr Mathur's assistant. When I explained to customer service at Medicare they suggested I ask my doctor to write a letter as to why there was no competitive bid. So it looks like I'm stuck with a $1,300 despite being assured my insurance would cover everything. read more

I am not sure how long Kevin has been with him but he is a chip off the old block. Both are amazing. They take their time explaining things. Answer all of my questions. I'm gonna start off with saying Dr. Bullock is very good with her injections and I've never had any adverse reactions. With that being said, the doctor doing an acceptable job in their procedures is certainly important but good experiences should start with the customer service desk, the billing department, and all the way to the way to the doctor being responsive when not being seen face to face and answering patient questions. Getting in touch with doctors is a nightmare and a headache here. Wait times for phone calls are very long and sometimes take my whole break at work to get a hold of anyone. Sometimes a whole break I still won't reach anyone which is infuriating. What if I had an emergency question to ask? I don't feel valued here as a patient. Getting a call back from a doctor is also disappointing. So many times I call and leave voicemails just to not even get a call back. I try through the portal and still nothing. It's useless. My final experience was today. I explained my situation after not being able to afford to come to the office after very unfortunately losing my health insurance. All I wanted was a note for a standing desk for my job. I did not need to be touched by the doctor or examined. She has all of my mris, my notes, and xrays and I've been seeing her a long time AND proof of a previous surgery. It doesn't take a genius to see how I could benefit from a standing desk. I didn't think my already negative experiences with this place could get any worse. I found out this place only values your money. The lady I spoke with today on the phone told me I would have to come in to be seen to get a doctors note for the standing desk. I'd understand if I was getting a prescription for a medication or something that could be a liability or if I needed medical advice. But literally all I needed was a note. She told me the visit would cost anywhere from 79 dollars to almost 500 dollars. FOR A NOTE. I pleaded with her to see where I was coming from and please give me a hard quote. She said she couldn't give me one and that I'd basically be hit with a surprise bill after the office visit FOR THE NOTE. She then transferred me to the medical assistant and I got her voicemail. I don't expect a return phone call based on past experiences and at this point I don't want one. I am giving up on this place. I wound up calling another doctor from another orthopedic office who I've seen way less frequently and explained my situation. He laughed at this experience I had with this office and told me he'd write the note since it's just for a standing desk and he doesn't need me paying 500 dollars to get one. He made a good point stating the cost of that visit would be more than me just buying a standing desk for myself. I felt so relieved and cared for. I didn't feel like he just saw potential dollar signs he could make off me. I He knew how ridiculous that situation with Cary Orthopedics sounded. That's how I always want to feel when going to a doctor. Like they care about what's in my best interest both financially and physically. The best part, I get my own insurance plan February 1st. Can they guess if I'll come back? Absolutely not. Even if the visits and procedures were free I can't trust a place that's only after dollars. I am more than a potential for money, I am a human being and unfortunately not a rich one. I work very hard but unfortunately I can't afford 500 dollars for a note and I do not have the time or patience to constantly be given the run around. Patients beware. Don't come here. read more

Normally I do not write about physicians but Cary Ortho is the one I had too visit too often getting up in years. I had several physicians there some were excellent, others gave you 3 minutes of diagnosis and were out of the room! Let the nurses deal with you. Lately, I am getting the latter group. Any pain in the joint ? you will get a steroid shot and Bye! No follow up, no kind manners at all. My last visit was to a "spine specialist"! LOL.. The guy interviewed me while he had a mask on and his back turned to me! I could not hear him and he had an oriental accent to boot! Then the usual, sent me to an MRI. Aside from waiting for 40 minutes AFTER my appointment time (and I got there 15 minutes early), the doctor I saw, Dr. Szura, claimed the foot I broke was never broken (what?? I would not recommend. I went in for back pain and after seeing 2 nurses the doctor finally came in about an hour later and spoke to me for maybe a minute. He basically told me to just take meds that the other doctor I saw prescribed. Turns out you can't take a steroid with a vaccine so good thing I didn't listen to them. He was pretty rude and just told me to take medicine and come back in 2 weeks. I cancelled the 2nd appointment. This place seems just like a money maker. The waiting room was packed so no wonder I didn't get to see the doctor. I do not recommend as there was no plan and now I have a $300 bill. read more

Had to visit here, as my regular doctor was unavailable and I needed help with pain. Doctor prescribed steroids which helped with the pain, but also tried to set up surgery on both hips and rotator cuff. They seem to only care about scheduling surgeries and making money. I went to Cary Orthopaedics in January of this year and at the time of service they collected my payment. After my insurance processed my claim it was apparent that I overpaid Cary Orthopaedics. I promptly contacted their billing department to receive my refund. It has been 3 months and still have not received. Although the billing department workers are very sweet and tell me to allow more time due to the postal service. I came in for hip area pain that had been ongoing for several months. The office was disorganized and overcrowded--the room I was seen in looked like it was doubling as a storage unit because there were piles of cardboard boxes taking up half the room. The doctor I saw seemed extremely disinterested in my case. He asked very few questions and seemed like he would rather be elsewhere. I had Xrays done and they showed one thing, so he had me do an MRI for more information. After getting the MRI, he told me it was arthritis, completely unrelated to the issue that showed up on the Xray and then told me that whatever showed up on the x-ray was probably nothing. As a 23 year old I was extremely concerned about living with arthritis, and had to ask him what could be done about it (instead of him telling me treatment options). He told me nothing could be done about it besides pain killers. I went to get a second opinion, by a doctor who doesn't even specialize in hips, and I was told that I actually had a labral tear in my hip and needed a completely different kind of MRI to see the details, and I need surgery + physical therapy. The pain has gotten excruciatingly worse since my visit here, so I am so glad I got a second opinion. Had I listened to this doctor's advice and just "lived with it", who knows how bad my injury would have gotten. read more

Been going here for a few years and the usual treatment...deal with nurses for 25 minutes and spend a very brief 5 minutes with the doctor. Anyway I made an appointment to see Dr. Mathur for an ongoing back issue. I check in as per normal, pay my 50.00 co-pay and go through the normal procedures of 25 minutes with the nurses checking blood pressure, weight etc.. After I am told that Dr. Mathur is in emergency surgery but should be done very soon. 1 hour later there is still no sign of him so I leave (I have a job and a life). On the way out the nurse is very apologetic and refunds me my 50.00 co-pay. She also says that the co-pay will be waived for the rescheduled visit...great but still a waste of my time! However I do understand that these things happen 1 day later the nurse calls me to make a new appointment, I tell her all I really need for now is a script for the MRI, no problem she says, we will mail it to you. Sure enough it arrives in the mail, I get the MRI and do the follow up visits as per normal. 2 months later I get letter stating that I owe 50.00 for the co-pay for the date of my original visit to Dr. Mathur. The one where I left after and hour and they refunded me the 50.00 and said the next visit it would be waived. In addition a claim has been submitted for this same visit to my insurance and they paid it. I query this with accounts and they check the records on file for that day. I am told that, according to the records on file, I did meet with Dr. Mathur, it was not possible that he was in surgery as that was not a regular scheduled surgery day (I assume emergency surgeries cant be planned. Hence emergency). So I still owe the 50.00 and they are handing it over to debt collection. I have objected to the claim on my insurance which they are investigating I have also contested the claim that I owe 50.00 with debt collection. I have spoken to a real person in their office (Very difficult to do) and she was investigating, 1 month later......no update. I am totally blown away by this and will take it as far as it needs to go. read more

My daughter went to see Cary Orthopaedics in May. Today (it's November now), I received a notice from a collection agency that we owe $60.00 for the treatment she received. This is the first I have heard of this balance due. At no time in the past six months have I received an invoice, bill or statement from Cary Orthopaedics. They were supposed to file a claim with our insurance company and then bill us for the balance. It turns out that bills were being mailed to an old address (from five years ago!). Because we never received or paid the bill, it was sent to a collection agency instead. I guess it never occurred to anyone to pick up the phone. After a phone call from us, someone in the billing office discovered their mistake and agreed to call off the collection agency. Bill paid, matter settled. But what a hassle. read more

Dr Armour was very kind and compassionate with my mother when she hurt her shoulder getting out of the bath tub. However, she went to him after she began having severe pain in her knee that migrated to her ankle. He barely examined her and forwarded her to the spinal clinic with no pain meds and no diagnosis. Her pain level was a 10 (1 being the least and 10 being the highest). After seeing the spinal specialist, no diagnosis and a MRI scheduled two weeks out. Sitting at Emerge Orthopaedics and he is draining the fluid off her knee and resolving the problem. How can you assess an issue with even placing the patient on the examining table? Not happy!!! My mom is 86 and very active. This stopped her dead in her tracks for two weeks! Would not recommend him for any issues related to read more

Nightmare!!!!! First off I was quoted a price for knee injections that was incorrect. Over 2 thousand dollars later I was told that they should not have quoted me that price. Dealing with the staff and Dr Carroll (who had his assistant do the work and never saw him after the first consultation) has been a nightmare. I will never go there again. They have misbilled the insurance company (three injections and 2 were billed one way and the third was billed a different way) before getting it right (at their inflated prices) They have said things were rejected (when they were not because the cost was applied to my deductable) My advice is to beware and to examine every cost and thing they do. read more

We got a huge bill from them even they confirmed that we were covered by the insurance at the time we did the treatment and therapeutic. So never go there. A huge bill would be waiting for you even if they confirmed you covered by the insurance. They missed documents when they submitted claims to the insurance company. After re-submitted additional documents, the insurance company said too late to do the reclaim. The original price is over a few thousand $. Although they did the discount, it is still over thousand $. They simply gave up without letting us know but sent the bill to Professional Recovery Consultants. Too bad! I phone 919-467-4994 ext. 1133 and spoke with Michelle. She is only caring about the revenue. Only two complains from her: 1) it is your insurance problem. 2) why don't you pay. So if you go to Cary Orthopedics, you would be blamed that all were your fault. Consider carefully before soliciting services here. I am in chronic degenerative disease, as well as spondylitis from legs to head, aggravated by osteoarthritis. I am a well mannered, non-confrontational guy. I was assigned Dr. Nicole Bullock and saw her for several months. Due to her lack of patient-doctor relationship skills I basically would give her time to speak to me. Sometimes pleasant, sometimes not, but I found her extremely knowledgeable and held respect for that. While we explored ways to attack my chronic pain in several ways, it was always the same. Talk (from her) and 10 minutes when I might get a tap on the knee. Like clockwork, She'd disappear while I still had questions and suggestions, and the next you know her nurse would appear with a opioid refill (couldn't even explore alternative meds) and she was gone. She was on to the next patient even though I felt the appointment hadn't concluded. Fast forward she finally decided to do an epidural of cervical and then lumbar. I showed up, got undressed and reminded her nurse that I had called in advance and warned my legs were burning worse and worse. Nurse preps me for a Lumbar, and an argument with the nurse and doctor ensued in hall which I knew was about me. Next thing I knew, Dr. Bullock came in and ripped my mri off the scan light. I was told to get dressed and not explaining anything stated "You need to see a neurologist" she lead me like a child out to the check out counter and in a very unprofessional LOUD tone announced do not charge him for this visit, while I was trying to ask her what the issue was. This was in front of patients and I was mortified. I later found out when I called for a follow up to what happened, Dr. Bullock was not going to see me as a patient further, and I would get a letter from her-which I never did. Never ever have I disrespected a doctor, I don't drink alcohol or take recreational drugs or take more medicine than instructed, I don't challenge actions chosen by a doctor, and I left shaking and in pain after a 2 month wait to see her. She wrote very untruthful comments about me although we NEVER FOUGHT, I merely stated several times "I don't understand what's going on". I'm just now dealing with what occurred- the humiliation of staff and patients who witnessed all in eye-ear shot. I have never witnessed such an unprovoked, unprofessional behavior from a health care "professional". I was so shaken I came back and had a meeting with the office manager. Totally unprovoked, I did file a report (probably went nowhere). Since that day I feel electronic notes are known, disparaging, by other prospective doctors who view notes on what her "meltdown" reasons were to stop the procedure. Never got a letter or response from Cary Orthopedics. I still think Dr Bullock is a very intelligent doctor but she showed a very Jekyll/Hyde which is with me months later. I urge you to think twice if you are like me and are non combative with doctors. If you want a few rounds with her maybe she'll be cool like she was certain days, or maybe she'll go off unprovoked like me. And, be prepared for Cary Ortho's wait and wait with a 10 minute visit where you are not having an exchange of questions or answers, and truthfully little hands on testing before the doctor leaves you without a goodbye. Too much trauma if you are years into chronic pain. I needed help-and not necessarily opioids which were never asked for, which I never got her to consider alternatives because she was in/out and left the nurse with a prescription. I don't want anyone of you to suffer the type of trauma I have suffered out of the blue that day. Should you become a patient consider alternative doctors, AND COMB YOUR BILLS, you will be amazed at what Cary O charges for 10 maybe 15 minutes of time, what they claim they did on their bills to insurance, and in my case tumultuous treatment without warrant! It's not the type of place I would recommend to anyone. Cafeteria style pain management from staff with attitudes. The front desk are all sweet, and kind and I thought they were always very cool. My poor review is not on the Dr - I had a good experience with Dr Miles through-out my process and surgery. I recommend him. My poor experience is with the office and billing. I vastly overcharged up front for an MRI by Cary Ortho, and was not informed that the Radiology would be billed by a separate entity. I now owe the Radiology center the rest of my deductible because they filled insurance first, but am unable to pay it since I spent all my deductible money to Cary Ortho who collected up front. Cary Ortho stated they refuse to submit a refund and if they do it will take 2 months! I am now stuck unable to pay one bill because Cary Ortho over charged and who knows when and if I will get my refund. Billing department is not connected to the office, gave me an huge attitude and said it wasnt their problem that Cary Ortho over charged me. I don't recommend simply because of their poor billing and office admin disconnect. read more

I will NEVER use this them for anything again. I was quoted a price on my first visit for physical therapy. I paid in full up front. One month after I finished they charged my credit card an additional $45. Then a month later they billed me another $50. I called 6 times over the next few months and was promised a return call concerning this but every time no one called back. Ridiculously poor service. Avoid them. Very disappointed in them. read more
