They had my insurance so I'm stunned they can't get the estimate even close.

You cannot be seen without it. I needed to pay a $150 deposit since I had a high deductible plan and my appointment would "definitely cost more than that." Always a new policy each time I come. The front desk does not welcome patients by name. They won't do bloodwork in advance, but the lab is just upstairs and they do walk-ins, so it's convenient. The checkout desk person Unica is fun and friendly and always uses my name. Overall it meets my needs as long as my doc is there.
