The solution was to hang a screen that would come down in front of my existing screen and equipment racks. One problem is that the screen needs to be too far out to hang from a wall and the second problem is it needs to hang from a slanted cathedral ceiling. Premier AV Tech met me in a video call to survey the room and they kept in close contact the whole time. They let me know that the screen they ordered for me was defective when it was tested. When they reached out to the manufacturer, they found that a replacement would take way too long so they worked to get me an even better screen at no increase in price. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). A security guy behind a bulletproof glass greets you and asks for your driver's license. Access authorization paperwork is filled about you & your company, required for every IBX facility. You need to have your palm scanned for entry anywhere within the building. Got a guide to show me around and direct me to where I need to be. Cameras and recording devices are prohibited. So I can't give much info nor photos, not to divulge the identity of any of the tenant companies. Food/drink cannot be taken out of Customer Care Area.
