The VAST MAJORITY of the items are not worth spending a dollar on. These have to be items where it would be a loss for Amazon to restock it so they sell it in bulk to Staples and staples tries to make a couple bucks selling literal garbage to your already dwindling brick and mortar clientele. It's embarrassing for your company. I'm old school so I'll still pop in from time to time when I need pencils, but the bins are a complete failure.

Around 10 AM (a little after opening), I walked in & was surprised to find a vibrant little community of early-rising, stationery enthusiasts, just my kind of people. The store was lively but not crowded, so shopping was very comfortable and fun. First off, the staff here is PHENOMENAL! So kind, conversational, knowledgeable, helpful, & attentive. Possibly the best customer service I've ever received. If you're a stationary enthusiast or stationary-curious, this is a great place to be. I've seen this store's TikTok account before, so I expected it to be a big chain given its popularity, but it's actually a family-run business since 1939! They even have a nice online store you can check out. Everyone has their preferences, but this store checked all the boxes for me. On top of excellent service, they had an INSANE SELECTION! Stickers, pens, journals, leather journal covers, washi tape, and ALLLL the stationery goodies. The cost is comparable to other stores (online & otherwise), which is great. They even offer frequent events & workshops. Stores like Topdrawer are very popular, but they just never spoke to me. Atlas Stationers is a gem that I can't rave about enough. Even when I'm not in the store, I frequently check out their website or TikTok. I love the little community they've built!

However, the chair has been having issues for some time; the manufacturer had not provided the customer service that would be expected for especially such a large purchase. So we started working with the store instead in hopes to get some assistance as the chair continue to break down and becoming more and more unstable. But after almost a week after having sent requested information to the store about the issues, there had been no response or communication. I called to get an update and was told that a ticket had been submitted two days earlier with the manufacturer. This was never mentioned via response email or anything, and we never would have known this had I not contacted to find out what the radio silence was about. The products that are sold here are generally sold to people who need them for a reason. Most people--like me--are not purchasing a lift chair as an amusement (there are a lot more fashionable and less expensive chairs that I could purchase). So it's really disappointing that the store and what may be biggest manufacturer don't really seem to have the sense of urgency that or customer service prowess that one would expect when helping the specific population that they have set out a shingle to serve, and for the expense of their products.

I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.

I have tried contacting Just Office Equipment and have gotten no response to resolve this issue. The number provided in Yellow Pages and Yelp does appear to be a working number, and their address is not a real location! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are not reliable and a fraud!

We asked her about protecting devices from static electricity, and she didn't have a clue about anything beyond scanning purchases and pushing the extended warranty plans. If you have questions about items here, just ask one of the employees...not a cashier. Overall, this is a nice clean store. Don't expect to find everything you're looking for. But if you need basic accessories and gaming stuff, this place has all of that.
