I wasn't sure if it would work for me but it was worth a try. So when we entered we were treated by Jolanta the owner. She asked us what we needed and I explained to her that I needed something for my mother, something colorful and pretty because she was on her last days. She told me to give her 15 to 20 minutes and that I could either wait, or go grab a bite to eat and come back. We told her we would stick around and wait. When we came back she had everything ready and when I saw that arrangement I was shocked because it was absolutely beautiful. She asked if I liked them because I ordered two and I said absolutely. What I loved about doing business with Ogrodek Flowers is that Jolanta was very kind, helpful, and thoughtful. She had good time management, and she made the arrangement so perfect the flowers weren't all bunched together and what really made this visit perfect is my Mother loved the flowers so much and she was able to see them smile thank me for how beautiful they were and she passed away the next morning. So even though this is a sad ending, it's really not. Because my mother smiled and told me how pretty they were she wanted them to be in front of her hospital bed so she could see them. I called and said I'd like to order it. They didn't know what I was talking about exactly, but said No problem, we'll look it up and take care of it. The next night my fiancée brings the flowers home, and there's only 10 roses, a fact that a few of fiancée's coworkers noticed and pointed out. I call on Monday to see what happened and they said there was a typo on their website and the Field of Roses should have been listed at $163. They figured I didn't want to spend so much (correct [sorry honey]) and they were running out of roses anyways, so they sent fewer. I said Ok and thanks, but pointed out that 1) they advertised something that turned out to not be available, and 2) they sent *ten* roses, not a dozen. They were very apologetic and sent an arrangement of a full dozen roses plus four or five lilies (I think) the next day. Fiancée was very happy, and now so am I. So, this place gets four stars for recognizing that they screwed up and went the extra mile to make it better. I'll be calling them again next year.
