I chose this company since the pricing was competitive and the contract terms and communication were very clear. I felt that Fabian was a trustworthy contractor from his professionalism, detailed explanations to my questions, and quick responses. There was a team of 5 others aside from Fabian and they were all courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed that so many people showed up to get the work done quickly. I added additional drywall and plumbing work and the work performed by this company was absolutely amazing. They fixed mistakes that a previous plumber created. The previous plumber took messy shortcuts and Avelar remodeling really takes pride in getting the job done right. Above all, the customer service was extremely excellent and Fabian offered a lot of home improvement insight that was very valuable. I am very happy with all the work that was completed at my house and already recommended this company to my family and friends. I also plan to hire him again to do do additional work on my bathroom.

Finally, a Cabinet Company That Actually Guides You…read more We found Kitchen Cabinets Express midway through our kitchen remodel after our original cabinet company left us frustrated. They were "yes people" -- agreeable on everything but never once offered guidance or pushed back when our ideas weren't practical. We needed a real partner, and that's exactly what we found here. Ammar was exceptional. He's a true expert and adviser who wasn't afraid to be honest with us. When some of our ideas weren't the most functional, he told us so -- and immediately came back with multiple alternatives that helped us land on a design that was both sleek and practical. One of the best decisions he guided us toward was using two different cabinet colors -- light gray for the perimeter cabinets and a warm dark wood for the island. The contrast is stunning and gives the kitchen a high-end, designer feel we never would have landed on without his input. The installation crew was equally impressive -- the fit and finish on every cabinet, drawer, and detail is top notch. The result speaks for itself. If you're considering a kitchen project, start with a consultation here. We'll absolutely be back for future projects.

We spoke with other contractors, but nobody had a vision for our space like Ammar did. He suggested designs, gave different options, and answered all of our questions along the way. We ended up having Ammar and team replace our roof and floor throughout the house as well. They offer a digital rendering of your space during the design presentation which absolutely helped us visualize the remodel. They also offer financing which was fantastic! The work is all so beautiful, I can't believe it's the same house. We will absolutely be working with them again in the future to renovate our kitchen!

Our project was extensive--we renovated our kitchen, remodeled a bathroom that required moving walls, replaced all of our home's windows, and relocated doors. To make things even more challenging, we were living in the house throughout the renovation with our three young children. From the very beginning, Joe gave us confidence that we were in good hands. He quickly developed the plans, handled the permitting process, worked with the city, and kept the project moving forward efficiently. What impressed us most was Joe's foresight and honesty. He identified potential issues early on, including the possibility that we would need a new electrical panel. While that wasn't the news we were hoping for, he had prepared us for the possibility well in advance, so there were no surprises. Brent and Luke, the primary members of Joe's team working in our home, were fantastic. They went above and beyond to contain the mess and make our living situation as comfortable as possible. With three kids coming home from school every day, their thoughtfulness and professionalism made a huge difference. Throughout the entire project, Joe was an excellent communicator, keeping us informed every step of the way. He stayed on schedule, remained within budget, and delivered quality work that we are extremely happy with. I highly recommend Joe and the team at Built Right Construction. If we ever have another home renovation project, they will be the very first call we make.

We just completed a 3 room remodel (kitchen/laundry/bathroom) and are super happy with the results. Permitted with our city. I finally found the best contractor and just had an amazing experience building an 880sqft ADU. From the first day I discussed the project with Sergio the owner, I felt a sense of ease and trust. Segio is a standup guy and a solid business owner. He has excellent knowledge of all types of remodels and new construction. The proposal was clear and straightforward. His estimate was fair and competitive. Also, there were no change-orders for the project. Sergio hates change-orders just as much as we all do. I chose to add a few things throughout the project and his charges were more than fair. He even did some extra things at no charge. As far as the craftsmanship, the team at OSH is excellent from the crew that built the foundation to the plumbing, electrical, drywall, finishes and painting. OSH has a good size team and self performs almost everything, which gives you peace of mind and better control over timing, budget and quality. Now here is the icing on the cake, OSH Construction completed the job ahead of schedule. Sergio provided a schedule that was already very aggressive. I honestly didn't think it is even possible. The entire house was built in less than 5 months. They were often waiting on us to make decisions and select finishes. They are so fast and efficient while providing the best quality craftsmanship. If you hire OSH Construction, have all your ducks in a row and you will have your remodel completed in no time. I highly recommend OSH Construction and Sergio in particular as a contractor.
