He took the time to come with us to various vendors to look at slabs that would be ideal for our kitchen. He was patient with us as we were very selective about the design of the natural stone. It's quite a long process. Once the stone was selected Julio and his team handled the rest of the process: picking it up/ fabrication, and install. Any piece that we were not happy with, the team would take the stone back until it was perfect. The value and quality of workmanship was excellent. My stone feels like a masterpiece and I enjoy cleaning my kitchen countertops. Ultra Countertops didn't just do a kitchen remodel, they worked with us, saw our vision, listened to us, and most importantly the work they did will have an impact/impression/great memories of guests / family coming to our house. I enjoyed working with them and highly recommend them for their skills, talent, hard work, and honesty.

So when that was what we were faced with, with had zero clue what we wanted. Perusing the big chain tile shops left us frustrated and overwhelmed. Other shops had limited selection in what we were looking for. And then we found Anaya Tile, whose Yelp reviews were impressive. We soon learned why. By the time we walked in to Anaya Tile, we were completely unsure of what we were doing. Adam greeted us and offered to help. He spent so much time with us going through options, helping us navigate all the types of tile, laying things out for us, and pulling tiles he thought we might like. We went around and around and he showed nothing but patience and helpfulness the whole time. Even after we selected a design, we ended up changing our minds again, spending another block of time with Adam. It was so nice to feel like we could take our time deciding with the help of someone trustworthy and enthusiastic. Through the time we spent at Anaya Tile, we came to know it as a family business, very community oriented and passionate about helping their customers. Our bathroom project took a very long time and there were a lot of bumps in the road. Adam and his family at Anaya Tile were not one of them. Now that the project is done, the tile is our favorite part. We would recommend Anaya Tile without reservation.
