Unfortunatly this was the only company that could service my apartments. Their equiment is not upto par, you will need to get some sort of wifi extender. Most likely you'll have to try the router and wifi extender in different areas to get stable signal. If you want TV's you'll also have to try different areas. After figuiring that , signal has been stable. I do like their affordable prices. I dont blame Phonoscope, I blame my apartments as they do not allow other companies because new wiring has to be done (to get better signal), since its an old complex(and they are being cheap).

I went into this store today to return equipment (since they refused to send a mailing label. I found out that they were taking 350 dollars to collections for their 5 year old modem. I gave them their equipment and they gave me an illegible piece of paper that was supposed to serve as my receipt and charged me for a month in which I received no service! I asked for a legible receipt and the customer service representative said,"Well I can read it." Then he refused to discuss why I was still getting billed. I got up and headed towards the door when one of their customers said, "Black People are so stupid!" The store employee (Who was not black) chose to agree and give her a High Five. When I responded I was told to never engage one of their customers. And then the store manager went over to congratulate this woman for her racial slur. This company is the worst cable company for its scheduling and the technicians that they send out…read more I have been trying to get them to fix the ongoing line issues in my neighborhood for two years. I don't have another choice for service in my neighborhood. The techs never call, and they show up late. They have claimed "it's not their job to call". They always see issues with incoming signals from Charter. The tests are run from my modem, outside my house, outside my neighbors house, and the node in the neighborhood. Every time they show negative signals (-10 on the meter they use). Calling in gets someone in the internet department that can not see the technicians notes, especially in regard to the negative 10 read from the technicians meter. Yeah, the internet department can't see the notes from the internet technicians or internet line technicians. One must go to the cancelation department to get someone who can access the notes. Of coarse, they can't help to get internet issues fixed. They can't schedule, either. The schedulers from the internet department always want you to miss work to meet the first technician that comes out (unless you want to wait around on a Saturday). The first tech does the tests I described, then they order a line technician. Only the first tech can order a line technician. When they have no-showed in the past, I have had to stay home another day. If you have another choice for providers, I strongly suggest going with them. If you only have charter for high speed internet, consider DSL. I should add, I've been trying to get them to come out, and I just got a confirmation email that I am scheduled for 10-11am. I never agreed to that time, and I reminded them that I will never miss work again. They must come after 5PM. Also, I have been waiting for a call-back from them all week. When I called today, they said they see an open ticket for me, and they can not create another one. The ticket mentions calling me to work out a scheduled time and date. Again, no one called, and no messages on my phone (they don't appear to understand that leaving a massage would confirm they called). Also, no emails saying they tried to call. Why,...they did not call. Almost every month they have to come out. They send the same group of guys, and they assure me "they fixed it this time".

In November 2021 we switched out wi-fi from Comcast to AT& T Abe the cameras stopped working. We were told to contact the installer to change the IP and we tried to do so. It is very hard to find someone to talk to and was after January this year that we were able to talk to the owner and he told us that they charge $99 for the service and we told him that we agree on paying this amount. Two weeks passed and nobody showed up and after several calls two technicians shows up on Friday afternoon and spent about 6 hours working on it and finally at around 9:00 pm they said that they will come back on Tuesday with a laptop to finish the work. Two weeks later I contacted the owner and told him that they didn't show up as promised. He told me that the technician was Sick and he promised me that they will come the following Monday at 5:00 pm. No body showed up and I tried to call several time and left messages but no one returned my calls. I had to hire someone else and it took him less than 30 minutes to fix the problem. I didn't like the work they were doing up and down my block, so I began looking at reviews as they started to do their work in front of my property. Of course, while reading bad reviews about their installation, they hit my gas line. Nicor had to come out to repair it. Nicor was quick and professional. They had my gas back up in a couple hours from the original outage. Now, Nicor is going to have to run a new line to my house. We'll see. If they come back and fix my lawn, I'll update this review to reflect it. I originally gave them one star and was harsher in my review, but so far they have been following up on the lawn repairs at my house and the surrounding properties. *Update - Ezee Fiber has reached out already, which is promising. **Update 2 - They showed up yesterday to check on my lawn repairs. Some looked good to ok, but a couple were looking bad. BUT, to their credit, they put down some fresh soil, seed and cover in the spots that needed more help. I did not expect that kind of follow-up, so I was pleasantly surprised.
