I have spoken with tech services via a phone for hours at a time, on many occasions, yet when I take it to a Verizon store it works just fine. I was told that I could take it to a fix and repair store to be diagnosed as to whether or not the phone needs to be repaired. The repair and fix it place will send it off for replacement. I had a problem phone in the past, and never had any issues of Verizon not replacing it until now. After being a Verizon customer for 30+ years, one would think you would get better service instead of having to do Verizon's work for their staff. Verizon may be the biggest and the best, but in doing so, has lost the concept of customer satisfaction and customer service!

Some of the other CLEAR dealers I have been too seem too pushy and unprofessional. They offer referral bonuses and promotional discounts, just ask them. They went as far as coming to my home and setting up my CLEAR home unit, phone & mobile internet for me as well as getting me a wireless router to complete the setup. The installation was quick, clean and professional. Would definetly go back to them for wireless networking and internet needs. I usually dont write about companies unless the service was either really good or really bad, these guys are really good at what they do.

In November 2021 we switched out wi-fi from Comcast to AT& T Abe the cameras stopped working. We were told to contact the installer to change the IP and we tried to do so. It is very hard to find someone to talk to and was after January this year that we were able to talk to the owner and he told us that they charge $99 for the service and we told him that we agree on paying this amount. Two weeks passed and nobody showed up and after several calls two technicians shows up on Friday afternoon and spent about 6 hours working on it and finally at around 9:00 pm they said that they will come back on Tuesday with a laptop to finish the work. Two weeks later I contacted the owner and told him that they didn't show up as promised. He told me that the technician was Sick and he promised me that they will come the following Monday at 5:00 pm. No body showed up and I tried to call several time and left messages but no one returned my calls. I had to hire someone else and it took him less than 30 minutes to fix the problem. I advise everybody not to deal with this company.
