A long overdue review. I hired Erika to clean my mother's house prior to the Christmas holiday. My…read moremother was elderly and had dementia so having strangers in her house was always challenging. On the day Erika and her crew (her daughters) came, my mom wasn't handing having them in her home very well. They reached out to me to calm my mom down. I could hear on the phone how calm and caring they spoke to my mom. One of Erika's daughters sat with my mom and spoke with her so the rest of the team could continue cleaning. I think a lot of cleaning services would have said "we can't work in these conditions" and left. Not Erika and her crew. I was so impressed by their kindness and understanding toward my mom. I'm big on communication and was impressed with Erika sending before and after photos of the work they did in my mom's home. It looked great but sometime it can be hard to tell from photographs. When I got to my mom's house for Christmas, I was amazed by the cleaning job they did (I got a deep cleaning for the house)! They were very thorough with attention to the details. The most impressive aspect was the kitchen cooktop island they cleaned. My parents purchased the house in 1976 and I don't think the cooktop looked that clean when they first moved in. The cleaning Erika and her crew did, had that cooktop looking almost brand new. I was very impressed with the communication, the cleaning work that was done and most of all the kind of caring human beings they were towards my mom. You might find cheaper services but you won't find better! I highly recommend J&J Home Cleaning Services.

I was told when they were going, when they were finished, and given photos showing the completed work. It is obvious that they put the costumer first and value building a relationship. I have been looking for a cleaning company that can get the job done every job for a long time. Safe to say I recommend them tremendously.

I think overall she did a pretty good job, however there were spots that were missed like dusty areas under and on the lower part of the vanity. As a working mom with four kids and a house that is basically always in some state of chaos, having someone come in and make everything feel clean and put together again is worth its weight in gold. Erin has been cleaning my home for a couple of years now. She is extremely professional, communicative, and takes the time to do some of the little things that larger service providers won't do. Early on during the initial months of service she noted things she could do outside the norm to fulfill our agreement when her time wasn't being taxed (I am apparently not as messy as I thought I was). It was that level of honesty and pride in ones work ethic that sealed the deal for me. She accommodates schedules when possible and even checked up on a pet for me for a very reasonable rate during a vacation. Erin's rates are neither cheap nor expensive. What you get is excellent service for your money at a fair market rate.
