Buyer Beware: The store has a good selection of tile. I bought my kitchen backsplash tile 3 boxes of subway tiles. The amount was recommend by my contractor so I purchased the tile mid march. Once the contractor finished the kitchen end of July I had a full unopened box of tile. When I stopped at the store the women at the counter refused to take the tile quoting the 30 day return policy. Had I realized the 30 day policy at the time of purchase I would have went to another supplier. When I took 2 cases of unused flooring back to the flooring store (same time frame) they were more than happy to take it back and refunding me the costs. This store has the most extensive line of tile and marble. My contractor says "this is the best product line in the Orange County area" & I have to agree my wife and I spent over 2 hours here trying to select wall and floor Tile. The products aren't cheap,but everything is high quality and it's like they say"u get what you pay for". Again excellent product,very efficient and attentive and knowledgeable staff. If you're doing any remodeling make Gemini your first stop,guaranteed it will be your only stop you'll need. Finally have completed the renovation of my en suite and must say you get what you pay for ,Gemini Tile has high quality Tiles ,so glad I went with this company read more

I have to agree with the majority of customers, They have a nice selection of tiles but the customer relations are terrible. Most of the sales people look like they don't want to get up out of their seats to help you. No smiles or greetings. Even the salesman who sold me my tiles couldn't be bothered to have a friendly smile when I went to pick them up. Maybe some people don't care about that, but my concern is mainly that if they are so reluctant to go out of their way to help anyone, what would happen if I had a problem with my order. Fortunately everything was OK, but I still won't go there again. There used to be a different owner and staff, but this owner doesn't seem to care about the business, and with time it just might go under. read more

After being promised that the tile and supplies for our backsplash was in their other warehouse and would be in the store by 4/20 or 4/22 the latest, we received no call saying it was delayed So, we showed up with our contractor to pick up our order (that they insisted on a deposit of $774+) only to be told it wasn't in. This happened three times, today 5/11 was our third time being told they didn't have the entire order since it was a special order (I don't know why it was special, it was in stock. I think they say it's a special order so they don't have to give you back your deposit). Since we are now delayed three times and it's costing us delays, extra costs, and costing our contractor jobs, we asked to cancel the order. They refused and said "We should have covered our ass" because that's what they do. I will not ever use Gemini Tile again. read more

Buyer Beware. This store changes their return policy rules as they see fit, and without giving reason. Do not buy your tiles here, buy them directly from the manufacturer! We had to pause our project and I tried calling the store several times to try to cancel the order before it shipped. Voicemails left, nobody returned my calls. Finally, 2 weeks later I get a call that the tiles arrived at their store for us to pick up. When I finally reached someone on the phone they told me that our tiles were special order, and not refundable. I actually found the tile manufacturer online and called them directly, they told me these tiles are always in stock (not special order) and they accept returns for 60 days. Gemini's invoice states they a 30 day policy, but also in the invoice sort of hidden in the description line it also says item non-returnable. Very confusing !!! Meanwhile our tiles are still sitting in their stockroom and I'm calling my credit card company to refuse the charge. I hope this review helps to warn potential customers from a huge headache and this store's sketchy business policies. read more

Avoid at all costs. They lied to us about their return policy. They lied to us about product availability. They lied to us about delivery dates. And when our order arrived, it was the wrong tile. Our bathroom renovation was delayed for over two weeks because of their ineptitude, and they would not accept sealed boxes of product back, despite telling us at time of purchase it would not be a problem. Fantastic experience. They are true professionals with a major understand if tiling, kitchens and bathrooms. In just two weeks time I visited their store picked out a countertop material and consulted with their staff on finishes etc. 7 days later someone came to our house to measure and 7 days later they were back to install the countertop complete with an under mounted sink! The whole experience was easy breezy. They also have an amazing selection of tiles. We bought a rustic style white Italian subway tile which I love! I'm so happy I went to this place. I searched EVERYWHERE for a specific shade of white subway tile to match my new kitchen cabinets with no luck. Went to Gemini on a friends recommendation and within 4 seconds TED found my tile and I nearly cried! They have a large selection with so many different options. Buyer beware. Do not shop here. I ordered a box of tile, was never told that I couldn't return it. Wrong tile was delivered. I asked for a refund and they said no, I asked for credit and they said no. They were rude, dismissive, arrogant and above all trashy. Why would an owner hire trash like that? It's beyond me. When I told them I will be rating them on Yelp, the stupid brunette said , " go ahead, no one reads Yelp". Obviously she doesn't read. I had a bad feeling about them from the first time I walked in to place an order. The brunette was being rude to another customer but I didn't really think much of it. I waited a long time without being acknowledged. When she finally took care of me, she was less than gracious. I should have walked out. I waited three weeks without notification if my product had arrived . I decided to give them a call and they told me the product had been in store for a few days, without a name or order number attached to it. The entire experience was simply awful. I will use these tiles in a shed but next time I highly recommend all stiles in Monroe. They are pleasant and professional and they really know what they are doing. read more

I read the reviews from others and I am happy to say my experience was much better. Maybe they changed the staff, but they could not have been nicer. My wife and I worked with Jeannie and she was awesome. Picking out tile is hard bc what looks good one minute might not another. She has the patience of a Saint! She gave insightful recommendations and was honest. Not just telling what you want to hear. Really a great experience and very thankful for her help. read more

I ran into issues with my order and rather than assist with my problem, they decided that they were going to yell at me instead. Where do I start, first of all my contractor recommended this location so right away I thought it was gonna be a great experience, oh was I so wrong. My husband and I walked in and 4 people behind the counter not one greeted us. We walked the whole store and yes they have beautiful merchandise I might say. We walked right in front of the desk where everyone was sitting and still NOT ONE PERSON said hello or can I help you. Maybe because we were Hispanic? Went there today and what an awesome experience. Salesperson Ken H went out of his way to put an entire bathroom together I had very little time to order and get all the merchandise. Rude employees. 1 guy is helping a customer. 3 women behind desk not caring that I, a customer, walked into the store. They continue about their business. I looked around for 5 minutes and then said " can I get someone to help?" Damn right I'm gonna be rude if they are. They did have nice stuff but their employees really make the whole place look like crap cause of their "customer service". Another lost client. You guys might as well close down because after this review, I'm sure a lot of people will not bother wasting their time with a place that doesn't care about the customer. When we finally got helped by a lady in her 40's with brunette hair, she was rude, not personable in any way, and didn't ask any questions. Anyone that goes to this place, I'm sorry, but you shouldn't waste your time. If your hard headed, then good luck at this place. They are not worth the time and aggravation. read more

Great selection of tile and tiling products, a knowledgeable staff. Very willing to help and adapt to strange requests or mixing and matching different products. They don't really help you choose a product unless you describe what you want - but I don't think that's a bad thing. After you describe somewhat specifically what you are looking for, they are quick to show you the options you have available till you find something you really like. read more

Horrible customer service. We picked out our tile and had the salesperson call to check on it's availability; it was in stock so we told them to order it. They were having an issue with their computer so told us they'd put the order in as soon as possible. Waited a few days and never heard from them so called to check and the order had never been placed. Finally got them to get the order placed, waited a couple weeks for delivery and upon going in to pick it up discovered the shower tile was not there (same tile they had called to check on availability). Pestered them to call and find out where it was and they come back saying it's back ordered for nearly a month. Annoyed, we take the rest of our order home. As we're unloading the truck we notice they've given us floor tile in the wrong color so we have to drive all the way back to the store and get the right one. It's been a couple weeks so we called to check on the status of our shower tile and are told it's going to be even longer, an additional three weeks. This puts us over seven weeks behind schedule, all because they didn't place the order when they were supposed to. They have been unaccommodating, unapologetic and unresponsive during this whole experience. I'm amazed they're still in business with such a poor level of customer service. To top it off, every person we've talked to about this fiasco says, "Let me guess, you went to Gemini". Never again. If you're thinking of going there, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more
