Paul and his staff were very helpful in discussing the attributes of wood core laminate verses stone core laminate. My wife and I chose the stone core option because of its resistance to humidity, water and large temperature changes. Paul assisted us in choosing the right color, for each space, and let us keep several samples, for enough of time to make a decision. The onsite meetings and installation were accomplished at the appointed times. The installation including moving appliances, in the kitchen was accomplished in one day. Not only that, but they stayed gone! With any other carpet cleaner, the stains often returned within a week's time. Not with Classic Carpet. Rob and his helper were in and out in less than an hour, cleaned up afterwards and left our carpets clean and smelling great. You can really see how there 20+ years of experience has brought them to a high standard level. Rob's dedicated and personal approach was terrific and I will be sure to contact him again.
