Superior Floors completed the installation of our laminate stone core floors, in the kitchen and new 3 season room, in early May of 2025. Paul and his staff were very helpful in discussing the attributes of wood core laminate verses stone core laminate. My wife and I chose the stone core option because of its resistance to humidity, water and large temperature changes. Paul assisted us in choosing the right color, for each space, and let us keep several samples, for enough of time to make a decision. The onsite meetings and installation were accomplished at the appointed times. The installation including moving appliances, in the kitchen was accomplished in one day. I wanted to get rid of the wall to wall carpet in my family & living room. The kitchen & dining room were already hardwood. I contacted Superior Floors. Paul came over to look at the job. He was friendly & listened to my concerns. Paul immediately provided an estimate. He brought samples & we picked the best match to the already existing wood floors. He explained the process & what to expect. While there was a delay from the manufacturer to get the wood I chose (which Paul apologized for even though it was out of his control), everything else went like clockwork. The job was estimated to take two to two & a half days (the subfloor was also replaced), it took less than 2 days. The crew was always on time & very pleasant to work with. They moved all large furniture, worked neatly & removed all trash. They were also very helpful in returning all furniture & area rugs to their proper place. I have had some less than stellar experiences with workman & expected problems but there were NONE! I highly recommend Paul & his crew at Superior Floors. read more

We had Luxury Vinyl Planking installed through our first level. The quality of the product is amazing and completely transformed our space. Paul was extremely informative and not at all pushy. I loved the service and the work done in my home!! I had vinyl planking in the living room and carpet installed in the bedroom and I can honestly say Jay and C.J. worked their butts off to make sure everything was perfect!! I appreciated their hard work and dedication. When I first met Jay, he brought more then enough samples to help me make an informed decision. We have used this business on 2 occasions to replace wall to wall carpet with hard wood floors in 2 bedrooms. The owner of the company, Paul is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He brought samples to our home making it easier to chose the type of wood and color. We are extremely happy with the results . He had an assistant do most of the work but he stopped in during the day to make sure everything was going well. Superior Floors is great! I had some carpeting and flooring work done on my condo about a month and a half ago. I priced out several contractors and Superior Floors not only had a great price, but was the quickest business to respond to me. Jay was the main person I dealt with and he was very helpful and knowledgable. The company was able to schedule with me in a timeframe that I needed and were able to also schedule around other contractors which was really appreciated. The work was done in the time they told me it would be and it looks beautiful. I mainly had them put carpeting in the bedrooms, hallways, and staircase, though they also helped me put in a section of appropriate flooring in the area where the washer and dryer would be. I definitely recommend this company for quality and price of work, customer service, and efficiency, and would reach out to them again if I ever needed more flooring or carpeting work done. read more
