Three employees...standing at a register...one barely ringing because she's so involved in the conversation, one doing nothing but participating in the gossip and a third who is apparently a floor supervisor, belittling the work of one of his employees to subordinates and in front of a line of customers. The amount was recommend by my contractor so I purchased the tile mid march. Once the contractor finished the kitchen end of July I had a full unopened box of tile. When I stopped at the store the women at the counter refused to take the tile quoting the 30 day return policy. Had I realized the 30 day policy at the time of purchase I would have went to another supplier. When I took 2 cases of unused flooring back to the flooring store (same time frame) they were more than happy to take it back and refunding me the costs. If your using a contractor DO Not Buy From This Store.
