The cheese was melted nicely and a touch stringy which told us this was actual cheese and not a sauce. The cheese curds were a nice mild flavor and deliciously warm and soft. Yea, the three of us pretty much attacked it. I ordered the wings appetizer for my entree with BBQ sauce. I was presented with a nice amount of wings that were huge. I joked that these might be ostrich wings. Anyway, they came out temperature hot! Nice! They were battered and very, very meaty. These wings are a very good quality. A little pricey for a sandwich, but worth it. The sandwich was packed to the brim with fresh crab and shrimp. You have the option of coleslaw or fries. I chose the fries which were fresh and flavorful with a nice crunch. The sandwich was extremely filling and can easily be split between 2 people. I'm tempted to come back again one day to try their fish and chips and clam chowder as well.

While I understand that special events happen, I don't understand why customers with confirmed reservations should be expected to wait an additional hour. If the restaurant knew a large party would affect seating, they should have either limited reservations for that time or notified guests in advance so they could make other plans. We specifically reserved well ahead of time to avoid this kind of situation, so it was very disappointing. We left feeling frustrated and that our reservations simply weren't honored. I hope management reviews how reservations are handled when large events are scheduled so future guests don't have the same experience.
