    Strawberry Cheesecake

This place is great for a late night food spot. They're open 24 hours. The staff was really nice and welcoming. We ordered the crab cakes for the app and all I can say is wow! They were so delicious and you could tell they were homemade. So tasty and delicious throughout. I have to order this again when I visit. It's a must! I requested my beef roast sandwich into a warp and it was good but could've been better with extra mayo. The ingredients were fresh and the wrap was stacked with meat! We had the strawberry cheesecake for dessert and it was amazing. The particular dish was recommended to me and I can see why they hyped it up. It was pretty tasty. The cream cheese was rich and the strawberries were fresh.

A regular diner located on 2nd Ave at 35th street. A short walk from the 35th street ferry terminals. Had breakfast there at 10AM. Good food Great service.

Food poisoning with a side of mac (apparently you had to pay extra to melt the cheese)

I came here with extremely high hopes for a classic diner meal. Lets just say, it did not go as planned. I ordered the mac and cheese, the waiter gave me a bowl of pasta in liquid with two slices of orange cheese on either side. The waiter laughed as he set it down. I had THREE bites. Immediately felt sick to my stomach, literally and emotionally. I was throwing up ALL night unable to move. I was even put on bed rest and had to miss several days of work. Guys do not come here, it is overpriced and you WILL get food poisoning. Because of this incident I can only eat bananas for the next two weeks! **** you, Gemini! Im more than disappointed.

    Lamb Gyro on Pita Deluxe

I had a poor experience at this establishment 12 years ago but tonight's was just the opposite. The service was good, the lamb gyro was perfectly cooked and the restaurant was clean and well lit. I swore I'd never return but I'm so glad I did! Maybe there's a few lessons to be learned here. To restaurant owners and manages: 1 bad experience could lose a customer forever or at least a decade in my case. Readers of reviews: one bad review doesn't necessarily mean the place is awful. And maybe a final message to myself: maybe I should allow three strikes before it's called out.

Cheeseburger with onions and mushrooms. Cheese fries on the side.

Really great burger, cooked perfectly, with tasty fries. Friendly service, and well maintained interior.

First plus its 24 hours open! Great for weekend late night snacks- Their breakfast is good too. Good worth for money. Love their shakes and they have a good variety of omelettes! One of the cool diners in the neighborhood!

Me and my friend had decided to go here for some 9pm diner experience, nothing crazy. He ordered a chicken sandwich and I had ordered the gyro. The chicken was so bland and the sandwich had no flavor (it was also missing the tomato). My gyro definitely did not look like one and I got thick tomato and onion slices that did not resemble a gyro whatsoever. The only good thing was the water and the fries were okay I guess. I really tried to give it a chance but man it was a pretty bad experience.

Order a burger deluxe. The fries where under cook and not good at all and burger seemed unevenly cooked. I would have sent it back but I order through uber. Which they pretty much delivered it crushed.

As far as diners go.... This one made me feel a little uncomfortable, but I guess that's what us Geminis do; I wouldn't expect anything less... or more lol I just grabbed wings and skins, the skins were odd, like big fries as opposed to the boats I used to get as a kid but I sorta went there with the idea to break the chicken into the skin... could t do that! Not that I wanted to at that point, got the wings fry so they were nice and crisp, sauce on the side- pretty dang good.... Decent meal, decent service, creepy staff and creepy guests... guess I fit in well! Lol

Definitely one of the best diners in the area and it's 24 hours - a win win! The portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and you will definitely leave full. Highly recommend.

A incredibly classic NY diner, service is pretty fast and they are always quick to refill your coffee. The food is very average but hits the spot after a late night! Pretty clean as well. My biggest complaint about this spot is that it's very expensive for a dinner, over $20 for an omelette and some home fries.

There are a few locations, but I decided to visit this one because it was the most convenient for getting to and from home. I got there around 7:00 PM, which felt a little close to closing time since Google said they close at 9:00 PM, but it wasn't busy at all. In fact, I was only the third customer to place an order. I ordered the La Summer sandwich and added pesto. After sitting down and taking my first bite, I immediately understood the hype. Without a doubt, this is one of the best sandwiches I've had in a very long time. I'm not even a huge sandwich person when it comes to subs and deli meats, but everything tasted incredibly fresh. The ingredients paired together perfectly, and you could still taste each one individually. The only thing I'd change next time is the meat. I had no idea prosciutto was a type of ham, but honestly, it didn't even taste like ham to me. It was sliced paper-thin, slightly salty, and worked surprisingly well with everything else. Next time, though, I'll probably add salami just to see how it compares. Overall, this sandwich was a solid 10/10, and I will absolutely be back--whether it's to try a different sandwich or, if we're being honest, order the exact same one again with salami added. I will say it's on the expensive side, but that's New York City for you. Apparently, all of the ingredients are flown in from Italy. After tax and tip, I paid a whopping $28 for a single sandwich. That said, it was incredibly filling and definitely kept me satisfied. The workers were also really nice and accommodating, and the indoor seating was beautiful. The atmosphere felt like a fancy Italian café, complete with couches and artwork throughout the space. I wish I had taken pictures, but honestly, I was too busy enjoying what might be the best sandwich I've had in years.

The menu inside breaks down all of the sandwhiches, you roll up to the deli counter when they say next, spill out your order (add/remove stuff to your order) and you're done. The most overwhelming thing is deciphering the Italian sandwhich menu. I hit up the Italian Hot. Pretty decent! I added sun dried tomatoes...but it would have been just as good without it. Be PREPARED this Sammie has some chili honey liquid /oil sauce they put on it and it's tasty but it's a lot. The staff are friendly - just focused on getting your order and getting it to you so you can enjoy. The wall is pretty interested they have made their own decor out of door panel fixtures.

I opted for the L'italiana, which features Prosciutto, Pistachio Cream, Stracciatella, Sun-Dried Tomato, Arugula, though I swapped out the prosciutto for bresaola. Oh man, this bread is legit! But we ordered one at this location and the person preparing used a squeezer bottle for the Calabrian chili paste/oil and soaked the sandwich. We could barely eat it. This location, was absolutely not prepared to have this store in nyc. For New Yorkers that never had a sandwich from Jersey Mike's, this location will ruin the brand. I ordered a sandwich for pickup on a rainy night in the weekday, it literally took 1 hour for a cold sandwich that was missing parts of my order! Everyone waiting which was about 30 people were all visibly frustrated and angry. I missed my show because I couldn't even have predicted that ordering from a chain would take this long. They had 3 staff, 1 preparing not pickup orders and managing the register, one making orders with a stack of prepared orders whose names they weren't calling?!? Like how can you be this understaffed for a location like this. Getting someone to ask about your order was nearly impossible. Honestly, I feel bad for the staff working there since this is nyc and you deal with crazies, so one guy who waited 15 minutes getting heated I debated just finishing my sandwich at home because I didn't want to witness craziness Ok-actual sandwich was beyond a disappointment. They got it wrong and to get it fixed would have taken another hour that I didn't have. The bread was stale and cold and hard, there was veryy little meat. Both came with a spring roll and my boyfriend opted for pork fried rice. I'm not trying to diss Miami but we don't exactly have good Chinese food down here. After one bite of this Seasame chicken, my world changed. It was the best sesame chicken I've ever had, and I'm not exaggerating. It was fried but not greasy, the sauce was sweet but not overly sweet. You could literally taste the Seasame.
