So far so good, the food is amazing! I'm just sad that they haven't claimed their good reviews yet, hopefully they do. I even went as far as to tell them about claiming it! The food is great! The first time we ordered takeout and it was just awesome! The second time we went there got the same wraps and some ginger ales. It's a pretty awesome café to get wraps at, or should I say deli? I'm not very sure so I'm just gonna call it a café. The employees were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They also gave me a piece of chicken to feed to our neighbors dog! (I visit and walk him when his owner is gone.) Anyways we had an awesome experience at this small café that's just living life to the fullest! I highly recommend getting their food!

I ordered online and came in-store for pickup. The pick-up process is smooth, as the staff gets your order ready quickly after you check-in. I usually get an egg and cheese bagel for breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised at the generous amount of egg and cheese filling in the 3.25 bagel I ordered. The iced coffee was slightly watery, but the size of the drink made up for it. I'd come here again for any late night or early morning sandwich cravings.

This place is where Cafe Bene used to be and it's called Cafe Venice ! It's awesome. First off, it's 24 hours (and after the late night pizza place around the corner shut down, it's needed in this part of Murray Hill). They offer coffees, fresh juices, sandwiches, breakfast items and the regular commercial drinks. When I went I. They were still packing stuff away so I didn't get a very detailed look. I had a grilled cheese for gasp ~$3.99 and a small latte for $2.99. I think $4 for cheese and bread is so expensive but it so much cheaper than the other places around so this will be where I grab breakfast on my walk to work. The staff is warm and accommodating. I was unsure what cheese to try and they offered to do a mix for me. I got a free muffin from the owner Saleh and he was open to my suggestion of adding soup to the menu. I still have to go back a couple times so will update but my sense of this place is that it is a welcome addition to the area and the quality of the offerings is excellent.

Just had a chicken cutlet sandwich, one of the best sandwiches I've had in the US. Great service and the people were really nice!

First time around we came in, got 2 Pinot Grecio for drinks, not bad wine goes well w the sandwiches. Sandwiches we tried, La Schiacciata del boss , soo good love the truffle cream next the La Goloza , such a great combo w the mortadella & pesto. Next time around we had La Toscana , another great sandwich w the salami, pecorino & truffle honey. & La paradiso very good as well with the mortadella, Stracciatella & pistachio cream. You gotta love the fresh ingredients & freshly baked focaccia it comes out pipping hot, that alone is mouth watering. Restaurant is small & can feel a bit cramped either while u wait or if u get lucky & get a seat. There's limited seating, quick service, price wise on the high side but the sandwiches are delicious , definitely worth a try this was a great find. This places scratches the focaccia sandwich itch perfectly.

After arriving I waited at least another 30 minutes and was not serviced - meanwhile they tended to all walk-in customers leave a large group of customers that ordered online to wait. To help, one of the staff announced they would expedite the orders of for those of us waiting if we went over to the walk in line. This was not based on who had been waiting the longest but who got to the other line first - seriously? I finally got to the line near an hour after I originally placed my order. Was told there was no manager on staff. When asked for them to upgrade my order due to the inconvenience, I was originally told that they could increase the bread but but not the sandwich contents - seriously?! After two of the workers start responding aggressively - telling me I "was doing too much", someone that I can only assume was the team lead took my order and made my sandwich. I understand the crew can only do so much - but their lunch time system is ridiculous and some of their staff need customer service training. They had my eye twitching. Avoid this location if you would like to avoid raising your blood pressure over lunch.

I have three big guys with me and sometimes quick lunches need to be more filling than fast food options, so we chose Alidoro's under Rockefeller Plaza. We could walk to it form the hotel and it was in the middle off all we wanted to show the boys on their first day (first time) in the city. We all chose different sandwiches and they were ready pretty fast. Since the shop itself is not huge, we landed a small space at the window bar with two stools and some standing room. After being in a car and on a flight and in another car all morning, we weren't mad about the standing part. We were all able to share and sample each sandwich, and honestly, we were not disappointed. We were all full and happy when we weren't finished, so what more could we want for a relatively quick NYC meal? Being under the plaza, the restrooms were outside the shop but very close by so we were able to wash hands and such before journeying out into the wild. I would definitely stop back by again on another trip! The guys and I all gave Alidoro's two thumbs up - so 8 thumbs total, if you're counting.
