"I had to make an emergency run, I should be back in about 15 minutes, does that work?" I said, "I guess it's going to have to, but I did call and say I was going to be here so it's a little ridiculous that you're not here." He says, "I left a sign, I should be back at 3, did you see my closed sign?" To which I responded with, "no, as your open sign is lit." He says, "no no no, the sign below it that says I'll be back at 3:00." I'm not going to sit here and argue over professionalism, so I stated "I will be going elsewhere. This is ridiculous that your open sign is lit, you knew you'd have a potential customer, and you're incredibly unprofessional."
