We stopped in during the week for a quick bite to eat. I was looking for lunch, but they don't serve lunch during breakfast hours. I ordered the Wiener omelette, which satisfied my taste buds for lunch. It had just the right amount of filling in the omelette to not be too overpowering and everything was cooked perfectly. 5/5 We also got a chicken sausage, ham, and cheese omelette and I was blown away by the flavor of the chicken sausage. I don't even like ham, but I ate the rest of what was left the next day! 5/5 We sat at the bar right in front of the kitchen. The service was excellent and it was great to see that the cooks take pride in their cooking.

From the outside you are unaware of how adorable this cosy "retro vibe" restaurant is. The food is absolutely delicious! I had the Papa's Poached, eggs were perfect and the cornbread was the best and very generous! The waffles and home fries were both wonderful. Staff was friendly and efficient, there was plenty of seating and parking. We can't wait to return.

Food tastes great, cute atmosphere. Very retro. Almost did not ask if they had any other types of hot sauce when I saw franks red hot on the counter. But when I did they had 4 different Tabasco sauces. I went with the habanero SOO GOOODDD They checked on me many times and food came out fast. Parking is not bad either. They also do mimosas

Staff is always very nice, food is delicious. I get eggs bacon toast and home fries every time and come every 2 weeks or so for breakfast. I have not had a bad meal yet! Everyone is smiling in this place. Served right away!

Homemade Corned Beef Hash Omelet with rye toast, a fruit cup and strawberry-grapefruit mimosa! Yum!!!

If you LOVE the original Gel's Kitchen on Main Street in West Warwick, you'll LOVE the NEW Gel's Kitchen 2 on West Shore Road in Warwick! Same great food with a warm friendly staff at both locations! The new spot has a 50's diner feel, with music from that era!! Great breakfasts and lunch! One more thing... I have health and dietary issues and they are happy to customize a meal with egg beaters, egg whites, fruit cups, etc! The BEST!!!

Good food. Stiff service. Some places forgot about good old hospitality. Will not be returning.

The space has a really cute, fun theme and it's dog friendly which is a huge bonus. I also really appreciate that many items can be made gluten free. It makes it so much easier to actually enjoy the menu without feeling limited. I didn't try a sandwich this time but I can't wait to come back and do that. We got a little sneak peek of the upcoming summer menu and it was delicious. One of my favorite treats came in iced latte form, which I loved. My friend ordered a themed dirty soda and a Fruity Pebbles cookie that looked incredible. Such a fun spot with great energy. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Decent selection of drinks in the cooler with some edible to-go items (think chicken salad). All the sandwiches ($16) sound delicious. I had the Crabby Patty ($12), a breakfast sando with a smashed crab cake, soufflé egg, chili crisp, tomato and arugula on a beautifully toasted bola roll. It was divine. Their signature coffees are all very unique - perhaps a bit intense for some and likely calorie bombs but I enjoyed indulging in my Campfire Cold Brew after a hot yoga class. I'm assuming they offer regular coffee drinks, though none were listed. My only qualm with this spot is the price. Everything was a bit more expensive than I would have liked and I'm not sure all of it was on par with value. That said, I enjoyed my visit and would be happy to return.

A fantastic place for terrific food and casual lunching…read more My colleague and I were here last week and we chose it because of all the great reviews. What they offer is a big variety of deli sandwiches and menu items that are all fresh and delicious. This is a great getaway from the "Sysco" type food" you get at the fast food and fast, casual restaurants. This is a family owned place that takes pride in making you happy. By coincidence both of us selected the "godfather" sandwich. They give you a choice of either soft roll or hard roll. We both went with a hard roll. On this sandwich you get. grilled chicken, prosciutto, melted, sharp, provolone cheese, red peppers, and balsamic vinaigrette. Just writing this review makes me wanna go right now and get another one. Topped off lunch with an orange soda. The owner is a third generation family member. He cares very deeply about the quality of food and it's freshness. We will definitely be back.

There was one person in front so not long of a wait to check out. The gentleman that helped me really seemed to enjoy his job and I felt gave the place a real personal touch. I also got an individual chocolate cake and a lemon bar. I was a little disappointed there were so few dessert choices so maybe not the place if your main goal is to get a variety of sweets. The bread was $8 for a loaf which is quite expensive but it was also delicious! The lemon bar outshined the chocolate cake, cake was just very basic and although very cute packaging, not a whole lot of substance to it. I'd definitely stop by again if in the area and in want of some fancy bread.
