We thought it would be best to have it shipped at that point so he found County Tire and asked if he could leave the car until it was picked up. They said yes and he left the keys with Julie at the front and he hitch hiked back to the Interstate and got an Uber to the airport. He made it home safely and now the car is on it's way home after a failed attempt by a car shipper the first time. The car didn't end up getting picked up for a few weeks, but they took good care of it while I was nervous as heck. They have been very strong in their communication, diagnosis of the problem and resolving the problem in a way that makes me feel safe to have my son behind the wheel again. Unfortunately, my sensors showed low PSI in both of my new tires. The staff got my straight back in, found a corroded sensor. They replaced it quickly and free of charge. So yes, a little oppsy on missing the sensor issue but it was taken care of immediately. I watched senior staff educate the newer team members on how to avoid this in the future and went over company policy. I was highly impressed with everyone involved, even if it wasn't the smooth transaction I was hoping for. I would much rather to continue to do business with a company that stands behind their work and trains their employees appropriately.

The guy next me told me that he had an appointment for 1:00 PM and they didn't even look at his car until 3:30 PM. It got to the point where I started calling around at other places to see who could take me. THANK GOD the Kia dealership of Muncie was able to get me right away. In and out in 20 minutes. Easy. Not to mention, their technicians were supposed to leave at 5:00 PM but stayed over and helped me out. When I asked the worker at Discount Tire for my keys back so I could leave, he said "I don't blame you, there's still 5 cars ahead of you". A fact that would have been nice to know HOURS EARLIER. I wouldn't have been nearly as upset if he had simply been honest with me and then provided some alternative places that could complete the service. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Tire pressure on all 4 tires was at 44 when checked (idek how or why that would even happen, especially on a Camry?) and did not have any previous shake on it. Got it on 70 and it started to slightly wobble over 65mph. Found out the tires were not balanced correctly. Paid $10.99/tire. Took it to big o tires and they took care of it there, confirmed they did not balance them correctly. And they were able to diagnose another issue and checked my alignment as well, which tire barn did neither. The manager here stated he's the one who balanced them (even though the entire time I waited, he was standing at the counter lol) and that they were done correctly, since he did it of course. Even though he knows he did it correctly, he gave me a refund for the balancing, after I told him I took it somewhere else and had it rebalanced. Just go to big o tires honestly. I've never had an issue with them, I just thought tire barn would be cheaper and it wasn't.

My flat was beyond repair and I was given price for the recommended brand replacement as well as a more economical but acceptable substitute. It was recommended, not surprisingly, that I replace the whole set. The reasoning was clearly and patiently explained and NO high pressure or scare tactics used. I opted to just get the one but plan to come back soon and get them all updated. Car was ready when promised and I got a text message informing me.
