Second, if you don't buy tires from them but instead bring in your own tires to have them mounted, they will call your tires "JUNK". Third, they will tell you to call back in an hour to make and appointment...and then get pissed at you for calling back. When you do make an appointment, they will treat you like you are an inconvenience and interfering with their day. Did I mention that they treat women like crap and take every opportunity to insult your vehicle...your tires....the fact that you are alive and had the nerve to call them in the first place? Yeah. RUDE doesn't begin to cover how awful and unprofessional these jerks are. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from them.

It was closing time so I knew it might the next day or so before I got my tire-no big deal. Well here it is Saturday and I've heard NOTHING! So I hear about Jet's and they saved the day. I didn't want to be driving around on a spare any longer and decided to give them a try. They weren't busy-so I was able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes. They have new and used options. The new tire was the same price Discount Tire quoted me. When I asked about the used option, it was at least 50% off (I think it was more) but I went for the used option. It was a good tire and I didn't have any issues. It barely looked used. I'll definitely be back. Check 'em out for yourself. It is a Spanish-speaking establishment-so be patient and someone will be able to help you.

The noise coming from the right side was so overbearing that I didn't notice the left CV axle making any noise at all. Also, there were no signs of the left side showing any damage when it was on the lift. I drove up there thinking something must be wrong with the left wheel bearing, again, maybe something came loose. I explained to both Terrell and Jim that I had to get my Mom to West Virginia for her upcoming surgery. Terrell, once again, thank you so much for fitting me in and making this happen. The person who scheduled my appointment entered the wrong date, so I arrived a day earlier than…read moreexpected. I was told they likely would not be able to fit me in, and ultimately they didn't, which left me without transportation for two full days. The scheduler also failed to mention the $198 diagnostic fee ahead of time. The issue with my Jeep was a "lost communication with the AGS" error. Before bringing it in, I researched the problem extensively, including reviewing Jeep's own service guidance. Everything I found indicated this is a fairly common issue most often caused by corrosion or damage in the wiring leading into the shutter assembly. Multiple sources also warned against shops recommending a full assembly replacement unless it was confirmed to be defective. Dellen quoted me approximately $1,600 for a full assembly replacement and, when I asked for clarification and details of the diagnostic, the service representative stated they would only replace the entire assembly. He said the components were not sold separately. After paying the diagnostic fee, I took my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion. They diagnosed the same AGS communication issue, confirmed the wiring showed signs of corrosion, and determined the shutter assembly itself was functioning properly. They completed the repair by addressing the wiring issue for roughly one-third of Dellen's quoted price.
