Scheduled tire replacement evening before day of service. Requested 3 tires. Show up 15 min. Before scheduled appointment. Dropped truck off. Didn't receive a call until an hour later that they did not have any of my tires in stock for the replacements and would have to wait 2 days due to it being the weekend. I am very disappointed that there inventory is that far off that they wouldn't even have 1 of the 3 it says they have in stock to replace to keep truck on the road. This is my second issue with service at this location. I will not return. read more

We recently purchased 4 new tires end of August. In less than 2 weeks we had a super low tire on the back passenger tire after adding air a couple of times I talked my husband to go back and have them replace it! Well, it was a bad tire stem letting the air leak. So they fixed it. My husband doesn't know if they put a new stem in or not. But it has stayed inflated. We drove to Anderson today because I wanted to look at Halloween decorations at the Walmart, but no I am sitting in the Belle Tire store because the front tire has 20 pounds of air in it. You pay over $500 for 4 tires for a 2010 Chrysler 300 that, in my opinion, does not deserve new tires, and the "tire experts" don't even think the antique Chrysler might need new valve stems? Guess I will get to visit Belle Tire 2 more times. I am looking forward to it ( :! I will say they are very polite and respectful at the store. It is a classic example of how men and women think so differently. Why not check all 4 valve stems the first time and change them all??? Few weeks back took my sons 15 Honda Pilot in told them there is a popping noise while turning wheel. They had to keep car overnight, called to approve repairs then called when car was ready. I go pay the $800 dollar bill and guy says it still makes noise but associates didn't give much detail on it, said now it needs another strut that was replaced 2 years ago. Today (Saturday) I walked in 11 minutes after opening, asked about dropping off car for tire plug. Told they would need car until Monday! read more

I brought wheels up there to have new tires put on . I brought the tires because they couldn't get them (new). They tried to charge me 40 apiece . That's absurd , and customer service is hit and miss . I'm witnessed them giving a guy some numbers . I've been coming for years .... My first time experiencing Gregg- DO NOT GO TO HIM.... Go to Dion or anyone else !!! I asked for my brakes to be looked at during the oil change (knowing full well pads and rotors need changed) and he ended up with a ton that needed done... my car is a 2020. I called my husband and father who drag races and restores cars and flat out my dad told me I was getting messed over.... Do not ever assume a female is ignorant because of her anatomy.... Makes me sad because I've always been treated well til now - Greg is not honest and is taking advantage of people (apparently females especially).... Dion is kinder to customers. Went here for Black Friday deal. Got a set of BFG tires $1,000.00 Friendly service advisor and had car ready within a couple hours. However, first time I drove the car over 50mph the tires were not balanced. Every tire has a different PSI 35-41. I was missing two lug nuts and forgot to mention it when I dropped car off. I would have thought the tech would have "recommended" getting lugs on the missing ones. Had to take car back to get the tires balanced, correct PSI and paid for the two missing lug nuts. Clean shop, nice service advisors, but missed the mark on doing the job right the first time. Ps the rebates offered are kind of a pain in the butt to complete and takes 4-6 weeks for rebate. read more

Was in town for an event, had some time to kill, and needed an alignment. Saw the Belle Tire store nearby and decided to inquire. Salesman Chase worked me in. Waited for about 30 minutes. Chase stated his mechanic, Cody, who examined my car said an alignment would do no good as the control arms and tie rods needed to be replaced prior to aligning the wheels. The estimate was $1,391.30. My gut was telling me Chase and his mechanic were being shady, so I declined and left. A few days later, I took my car to my usual mechanic, along with the Belle Tire estimate, and explained what had happened. My usual mechanic, whose been working on cars for 40+ years, examined the tie rods and control arms and found NO reason for them to be replaced. He confirmed my suspicion that Belle Tire was just trying to scam me and make money. He performed an alignment for $105. Stay away from this Belle Tire!!! read more

They were able to get me in and out so fast. Very impressed. I had a bolt in my tire and either had to repair it or get new tires like I've thought about for months. When I talked to them they could get me in same day and replace all 4 tires within hours. read more

Good morning, I have several cars so some I don't drive as often, however I had a nail in my tire and i took it in to be repaired and I was told that It couldn't be repaired because of where the nail was located. I always get the tire warranty, so i told the salesman that I have the tire warranty and He looked it up and told me that the warranty was expired. I always thought that it was the life of the tire. I purchased a new tire, even though my tire was practically new. I was told that Belle Tire warranty is 3 years or the life of the tire. I went down the street and stopped in at Discount Tire and they're warranty is the life of the tire. This information is very important to the consumers. I think this information needs to be posted inside the store or explained to the customer. I have been inside Belle several times and I have never heard any Salesman discussion the terms of the warranty with anybody. Discount Tire price match and give a much better tire warranty, so why wouldn't a Person go there. This information needs to be shared. Respectfully submitted. read more

First, they put the wrong size tires on...they went up a couple of sizes. Now my spare doesnt match...Thanks alot. I told them and all they could say was, "That's strange. I'll look into it..." Never heard another word from them. Second, they told me 1 1/2 hours tops, to put on new tires. HAH! My vehicle sat in the lot for an hour and a half, then inside the bay for an hour...and THEN it took another hour and a half to do the tires. I was late for work and everything. Third, about 2 weeks later I got a flat (which is when I discovered they put on the wrong size tires) and they told me to bring it in....they'll have me out of there in 30 to 45 minutes. HAH! My vehicle sat outside for an hour, then in the bay another half hour...and THE...a full hour, to change one lousy flat. I have 2 other vehicles which need tires as well, but I'll never go there, thats for sure. Buyer beware. read more

I had to take my daughters "new" 1996 JGC in for a death wobble that had started. Not only did they figure out what was wrong but also swapped out a 4WD switch for me. No additional charge!! I think it's fantastic that Belle Tire provides a place where you can air up your tires no charge....and it actually works! This is a very nice community service. Those self service air pumps at gas stations are horrible. Most are useless. I will certainly check out Belle Tire when I need replacement tires. read more

I made an appointment for an oil change at 4pm and rushed there from work to sit in the waiting room for 40 min and they never even took my car back. I ended up leaving without getting my oil changed because when i asked the man at the desk how much longer it would be since i made an appointmen he said "with oil changes even if you have an appointment there is no guarantee they can get you in" Nobody said that on the phone when i made the appointment. So, I bought tires from Belle in the fall of 2019. TWICE my husband and I have contacted them because my Honda CRV slides all over the place on any kind of wet pavement, including any light rain. I don't feel safe driving on these tires. First, we were told it was just hydroplaning. Then, they said air was low and filled tires. The final straw? They suggested maybe we should get tires with treads more suitable for the weather. Rain, you mean? What the heck? They sold me tires a little over a year ago, and NOW we're supposed to buy new ones that have tread more appropriate for wet pavement? Why should I need to buy tires that work the way they're supposed to? What kind of tires was I sold in the first place? Went there at 2:30 pm on a Monday. Place was busy as usual. All i needed was my summer tires mounted and balanced. Polite Asst Mgr took my info and said be 1 1/2 hr to 1 hr 45 mins. Okay i told him id be waiting. I noticed couple other customers acting disgruntled but assumed that was par for the course. Well I waited and waited- finally went over to Steak and Shake for a milkshake at the 2 hr mark- came back half hour later and still hadnt started on my truck. I kept hearing a loud boom from garage area- then i saa about half dozen workers standing around watching a guy spraying ether around tire and rim then lighting it on fire- kaboom! So basically it was playtime whenever the workers decided to play. I told guy at desk give me my key im leaving- he tried to tell me id be next one back but i told him with the attitude and work ethic i saw that i didnt want them touching my truck. This place needs a shop foreman to crack the whip and send the joy boys to the unemployment line. read more
