Didn't receive a call until an hour later that they did not have any of my tires in stock for the replacements and would have to wait 2 days due to it being the weekend. I am very disappointed that there inventory is that far off that they wouldn't even have 1 of the 3 it says they have in stock to replace to keep truck on the road. This is my second issue with service at this location. I will not return.

We recently purchased 4 new tires end of August. In less than 2 weeks we had a super low tire on…read morethe back passenger tire after adding air a couple of times I talked my husband to go back and have them replace it! Well, it was a bad tire stem letting the air leak. So they fixed it. My husband doesn't know if they put a new stem in or not. But it has stayed inflated. We drove to Anderson today because I wanted to look at Halloween decorations at the Walmart, but no I am sitting in the Belle Tire store because the front tire has 20 pounds of air in it. You pay over $500 for 4 tires for a 2010 Chrysler 300 that, in my opinion, does not deserve new tires, and the "tire experts" don't even think the antique Chrysler might need new valve stems? Guess I will get to visit Belle Tire 2 more times. I am looking forward to it ( :! I will say they are very polite and respectful at the store. It is a classic example of how men and women think so differently. Why not check all 4 valve stems the first time and change them all??? No, we will go two more times then all 4 will have been replaced! Yay! I can go on with my life!

I really wanted this to be my place as I was welcomed warmly and made to feel very comfortable. I…read morerecently changed jobs and moved, leaving behind my beloved automotive repair friends (I love you Rightway Auto!), forcing me to find a new place for oil changes, etc. I actually tried Belle Tire first, but I couldn't make an online appointment. The staff at Monro were very friendly and helpful. The process was no issue. They had me in and out quickly. It wasn't until I was headed down the road that I noticed that my tire pressures were still very low. It has been very cold and they were low with the warning light on. I didn't specifically mention that I needed them inflated, but the website mentioned a tire rotation was included with the oil change and I assume that pressures would have been checked. Upon further inspection, my oil life hadn't been reset. So, my car didn't know it had an oil change. Previous reviews indicate that they questioned even getting an oil change and of course, my mind immediately went there. I Google'd how to reset it and just took care of it myself. I'm certain that the tires weren't rotated and; therefore, I feel it's likely that none of the other service checks were done. I have to assume that they actually changed my oil and that these things were just inadvertently overlooked in the hustle and bustle of life. They did get me in and out on my lunch hour and, as I said, were very welcoming and kind.

If you are thinking of going here - don't. I find it really hard to believe both of these cracks…read moreexisted prior to me bringing my car here to put on just two tires. As they held air just fine - just needed replaced because of wear. Even if they were cracked prior -- why wasn't I informed? I mean the tech put a balance weight about 6 inches away on one of them -- how do you not see that? Made it about 10 mins down the road before TPMS went off. I limp it home and they had impacted the lug bolts so hard my 250 ft/lbs nut busting impact wrench was no match. (Torque spec is 89 ft/lbs. Had to find someone with an air impact wrench to get them off. Imagine if I wanted to put on the spare... Avoid if you care about your safety. After leaving this review on Google - a response from the "owner" was posted and mentioned to call 1 (800) 297-9886 and hit option 2... well that's their HR department, it continues to ask about direct deposit, payroll issues, if I need to report an ethics issue - ya know, internal HR stuff. Guest services is option 6 when calling that number - however none of the options past that get you anywhere. So I worked my way to tech support and asked to be transferred to the appropriate dept. They obliged but I was sent to the same menu I got when hitting option 6 which was a dead end as before. Reading other reviews I found an alternative number (1 (800) 876-6676) which seemed more promising as option 2 was guest services when calling that one. The phone rings longer and you have the option to wait or have them call you back. Waiting eventually ends in silence with no one answering and using the option to have them call you back hasn't yielded a call back yet.... The level of incompetence is baffling it's almost impressive.

The service was done in a timely fashion for them being really packed in! My rims which I took in by themselves came out exactly how they went in, no damage, no anything, except a little grease (but that's to be expected!)! Overall everyone was friendly, communicated and accommodated my tire weight request, and to not sit my rims just on the ground. A lot of shops don't do what these guys did! The price for 4 tires was extremely fair! They had a lower price than most of the shops around, had the friendliest service of all that I called, so from now on if I have a tire need I will be back! Dustin did an amazing job even with it being extremely busy!

So far not a good experience, no acknowledgment no "be with you shortly" no nothing just standing…read morehere waiting. Good customer service at least would acknowledge any patron standing there in the entryway and at least say something. I get they're busy but I swear good customer service is very rare. Update after 6 minutes... they just yelled through the door we will be with you all in just a couple minutes. I know it will be more. The correct thing to say would be, "we are sorry for the wait, someone will be with you as soon as they are available." Dear management teach better customer service to your employees. ***Update once helped Obdulio helped me and he's a nice young man who knows how to treat customers. He was able to get me the proper information and very professional. I'm very grateful for his help. I realize it's busy I'm not disregarding that I really am not. It's just frustrating to walk into a business nowadays and not be addressed or spoken to. My interaction with Obdulio definitely has helped because of his ability of communicating and being able to get my car in. Regardless of how many hours I appreciate his help. 5 stars for Obdulio 3 stars for the first part of my visit. Reminder to bring earbuds or something to distract you from annoying people who don't understand that changing tires takes time and patience. Also for the morons on speaker phone who are obnoxious and rude. ******UPDATE AFTER DROPPING MY CAR OFF ALMOST THREE HOURS AGO...they close at 6 and I have not heard one single thing about my car or anything. I get again it's busy but COMMUNICATION IS KEY. They told me 1 1/2 hours which I knew it would be longer but now what, do I have to miss work tomorrow because my car is there and I don't know the status. MANAGER PLEASE HAVE A POW WOW WITH YOUR GUYS ABOUT COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS. BACK TO 1 star. Zero stars if possible because the link the person left under this doesn't work it says error when I try to contact them. ******LAST UPDATE 7:38pm Obdulio called me a few min ago said he saw my car and asked if anyone had contacted me and they said no so he was kind enough to call me to tell me it was ready. This young man is probably the kindest and honest person up there and I know he's doing his best. I do appreciate him: I just still hope the others learn some kind of way to communicate with customers better and have a little more experience with treating customers better. Obdulio 5 stars Overall experience 3 stars The customer service link zero stars since it doesn't work but I only have one thing left to say, Obdulio is someone who has my respect and hope he knows that.
