When I asked were they certified Apple techs, the parents got real defensive and started talking Spanish only; not knowing I understand Spanish perfectly!!! 4.) If nothing was wrong with my computer why did I drive 24 miles from my home and leave it with strangers?? Don't bring your computer or computers to this establishment - it's a FRONT!!!
