The guy had my laptop for 2 full days and never touched it to fix the mic. Seemed annoyed I even asked. Anyway, I had a few choice words for him, then didn't go back for a few months. Laptop fix: Anthony could have easily told me to go buy a new laptop or sell me one of his for my son but he was honest, gave technical responses in non-technical fashion and recommended exactly what was needed & didn't over sell. My son is in e-sports so a working portable device is required. He can play all his video games at the speed necessary to compete and it runs better than originally purchased (it was a refurbished one).
