The brakes on my elderly Mom's car completely failed. The car was not drivable even to a mechanic. We reached out to a friend for the name of a reliable, honest and local repair shop and she referred us Dave. OMG my friend was right. The customer service was extraordinary! They came to my mom's and picked up the car! They actually returned the car shortly after (yes door to door service!!!) and the price of the repair was reasonable. Shortly after repairing my hood latch release, my car began leaking oil again. I brought my car to a repair shop and upon putting it on a lift, the mechanic told me that the oil plug was stripped causing a leak and also the filter housing was wet. He told me he didn't want to repair my car, so I took it to another service station where they also told me that they did not want to mess with it. Finally, the third repair shop explained to me that there was a shortage of parts and if I needed a new oil pan and plug that it may take a long time to get and therefore the other shops did not want to occupy a lift with my car which would interfere with business. I am now stuck with an oil leak and am waiting for the last repair shop to inquire about how long it will be before the part will arrive in case the plug cannot be repaired. This simple oil change has turned into a nightmare. I also remember the last time I brought my car there, Pat told me if I rated the shop five stars, I would get a discount on my next repair. read more

I was recommended to this shop by a family member whose car had been struck and he was estatic with the quality of the repair at Gee Bee Motors. He bragged about their work ethic, pride and excellent service he received. My issue was my 2013 car would not pass inspection with " not ready" codes. I had been to several mechanics and two GM dealerships, one of whom the original purchase of the car was made, who all recommended to "just keep driving" and followed their instructions on the type of driving which I did for a month and over 800 miles. The car would still not pass inspection and at that point I resigned myself to having to go through the expense of purchasing a new vehicle. We brought the car to Gee Bee Motors and their devoted mechanics immediately went to work diligently to diagnose the problem. In less than 24 hours the car passed inspection after the work was completed and test driven.. They were so happy to resolve the issue for me and it changed my life.
