They were so helpful and they let us do our meeting online to save us time and effort. The price was a bit more than other quotes we received, but the quality and professionalism or JNR was outstanding and totally worth it. All the other turf installers gave us a wait time of 6 months! JNR said it would take about 4 weeks for installation, which was acceptable. Two weeks went by and we got a call from JNR asking if we would like to have the turf installed in 2 days! Needless to say we were very happy. When the crew came to our house, they were professional, friendly and courteous. The guys answered all of my questions and I could tell they knew what they were doing. It was a pleasure to have them at our house. I've already told my friends and when we are in the market for turf installation again, JNR will definitely get my business! Thank you JNR!!!

What truly stands out about AV Pool Pro's is their professionalism and exceptional quality of work. I especially appreciate the weekly communication I receive when my service technician, Jesse, is enroute to my home. He consistently documents every task performed and even includes photos of the final results -- a level of transparency and pride in workmanship that speaks volumes about their outstanding reputation. Whether it's routine maintenance, troubleshooting an issue, or offering helpful tips, the team always goes above and beyond to ensure I'm informed and confident in the care my pool is receiving. It's rare to find a company in the Antelope Valley that combines skill, honesty, and top tier customer service this well. Unfortunately, my pool required significant repairs due to another pool builder in Littlerock who cut corners during the original construction. My equipment failed in less than three years, and the workmanship simply wasn't up to standard. That experience forced me to find a reputable company -- and AV Pool Pro's exceeded every expectation. They stepped in, identified the discrepancies, corrected the issues, and restored my pool to the condition it should have been in from the start. Project manager Josef was excellent in bringing in his partners (designers, foreman, etc.) to ensure from the design to finish we were collaborating and satisfied with the end result. For the garage, we had it drywalled (no insulation), installation of a attic ladder (bought from Home Depot) to make use of a pre-built storage area, updated garage door and exterior lighting. Front yard included adding extra pavement to be able to park two cars on the driveway (we have the pre WW II one car driveway) but looks like a part of the front yard design, installation of artificial grass (YAY), redo of the front porch to include redoing the porch ceiling with a bare wood look, and installation of a pathway to the front steps.
