American Deluxe Windows and Doors was a wonderful company to work with. Tony, our salesperson,…read moregave me helpful recommendations including getting my windows up to code and suggestions of what types of windows would be appropriate while other companies did not. The windows were manufactured within the promised time. On installation day, the team was able to complete 15 windows and a sliding glass door in less than a day. The installation team was very profession and worked quickly. When one window was not manufactured properly, they took note of it, and came back to replace it. They made sure that ALL work was done correctly. My windows turned out great! I highly recommend this company.

Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. I highly recommend this company.. ask for this team of installers! You won't regret it!!

We are happy repeat customers, based on experience and price…read more In our most recent work, we had a dining room window that would leak whenever rain came from the southeast (not a frequent occurrence). We asked for a quote from My WIndow Solutions, got one that was quite good. We had explained the rationale for getting a replacement window (the leak). Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built. We agreed that I'd buy the materials (a particular trim profile and hardwood species), prime them, and they'd do the cutting and installation. This collaboration worked perfectly.

update Oct 9th The sad thing about My Windows Solutions is…read morethat I really like the people. They are animal rescuers and are so courteous. But when something goes wrong with the windows or blinds, it's the screen guys or contractors in my family that have to tell me that their work is shotty. It hasn't been a year and I have had so many problems and they make it like I am a complainer. My window that previously had large bow that the screen guy had to point out has another problem that bows the other way and won't close properly. Lonnie came out that night, which is priceless and sweet. But he said the window may need to be done again, which makes it so the custom screens need to be redone, which cost me a lot. I'm a disabled senior on fixed income and paid a lot for the windows and blinds. The screen people that are far more experienced and well reviewed said they never saw so many mistakes on brand new windows. It hasn't been a year. I got new windows so I didn't have to worry about them and it's worse now than the old windows. They better stand behind this and help with the screens, because this is unacceptable. Carlos and Joshua came by to replace defective blinds. And they checked other. They really stand behind their products and service. Lonnie the manager is the best to work with and will always address concerns. I continually applause My Windows Solutions and promote them to my neighbors and friends.

They arrived right on time, were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. They completed the work faster than I expected, while still paying close attention to every detail. They carefully covered my furniture and placed rugs on the floors to keep everything clean and protected throughout the installation. The quality of their work was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with my new windows. They look amazing! I truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and efficiency that Carlos, Alfonso, and Swares showed from start to finish. Thank you to this fantastic team for doing such an amazing job. This was a stellar experience from beginning to end!…read more We spoke with Amanda Rodriguez over two different visits and she could not have been friendlier or more knowledgeable. We had tons of questions and decisions about what best matched the original look of the windows from our 1939 house. We finally decided on what windows we wanted replaced and put down a deposit. A second team member came out weeks later to confirm the measurements. And some weeks after that, the installation team of Juan and Erik came out to do the install. (They even started by doing the measurements a third time to make sure everything was correct! And it was.) They had told us that the job might take the whole day, but they carefully removed the old ones, installed the new ones and cleaned up afterward in only about six hours. It was a flawless experience. Everyone we dealt with was extremely kind, warm and knowledgable. And the new windows look stunning - while still matching the look of the almost 90-year old home. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Steve Aaron Screenz - There are a few of these exposed screws, and I have no idea what they're for, but they look terrible and cheap.

Upon arrival, the tech told me how the door I'm replacing was just a crappy hardware store model, and he was going to custom build on site. All of that's true; my door was crappy, and he did custom build on site-- except the custom built version he installed looks and works even cheaper than what I had. Mind you, I sprung for the "basic" model, but there's really no excuse for charging this much for the lame product I wound up with. The sliding screen door they installed is really crappy, cheap quality. There are exposed screws sticking up (see attached photo), and the latch mechanism is a complete joke. It's the cheapest quality hardware I've ever seen on anything, and it never even latched, not one single time, even during installation-- the guy couldn't get it to work, so he just left it. Seriously. But even if he'd gotten it to work, it wouldn't make much difference. This latch is worse quality than you get on toys made in China. Total crap, completely worthless. Not exactly what I expected from a $250 custom build. The finished product looks cheap and ugly. There's no bespoke cache, no sense of pride in workmanship. It's just cheap junk. When he was done, he didn't even dispose of the old door. He laid it by the side of the house, and didn't mention it, so I didn't even discover it until he was long gone. Thanks a lot. Again, they were prompt and honest; I'm not accusing them of being crooked. That's why I'm giving as many stars as I am. But I'm extremely unimpressed, to the point of being furious. For what I paid, and the extraordinarily, monumentally bad quality product I got, all I can say is "buyer beware." I wouldn't recommend this vendor to anyone, and I'll never use them again. Even the Chinese garbage at Harbor Freight would be a better move. The quality couldn't be any worse, but you wouldn't pay as much as I did. You know the old adage "you get what you pay for?" Well, it doesn't apply here. I paid a lot, and got crap.

Actually, the mortise style lock system holding the secondary door in place for our front double doors was an even bigger dilemma. The big box stores don't carry alternate styles; mostly the same cookie cutter ones that are in use now. For older styles, the hardware department associate at OSH suggested the specialty door stores in Westlake Village. He thought there might be one or two. A Google search led me to Coast Door & Hardware. Bob was really helpful. He suggested I take photos of the thresholds and mortise unit and email them to him. From those pictures, he was able to come up with suggested replacements in the oil rubbed bronze finish we chose. He had the 72" threshold in stock, instead of requiring a special order. Score! The mortise "Astragal" unit is now on order and should be in within the next week or two. We thought this would be impossible and our carpenter would be spray painting the existing hardware instead of a full replacement being available. Pricing at Coast Door is very competitive for hardware items, mostly coming in lower than at the big box stores. Which is always a nice plus. NOTE: They do pass on the credit card surcharge to the customers, should you choose to pay that way. But they let you know up front, so you can bring cash, if you prefer. The quality of the knowledge and service is top notch!

She didn't respond for a week, so we contacted her to find out when she would provide the promised estimate She made a barrage of excuses and promises, and after another week made more excuses and promises. Bottom line she never provided the estimate. I sent her an email advising how disappointing her lack of response was...asking why she offered to help if she clearly didn't want to. Suffice it to say, I did not expect her to reply and she lived up to my expectation by not acknowledging! Useless and clearly doesn't care how poorly she treats people. BOTTOM LINE: lesson learned, believe the bad reviews!!!!!!!
