For the past year I was sleeping on an IKEA Tarva bedframe that would quite literally collapse beneath me some nights, so I was ready to pay a higher price for a higher quality product. After reading Yelp reviews for Knock on Wood, I looked on their website to peruse their selection of bed frames, and was a little nervous that they did not publish their prices online. I requested a quote online and within one business day got a quite for a couple of alder bedframes, both above my price range ($1,000+ with delivery and assembly). However, I found it really helpful to go to the show room and see their selection in-person. I explained my price dilemma over the to the man at the register and he was able to point me in the direction of a pine bed frame with a much more affordable price tag, plus a bonus of the storage drawers underneath. He explained that a queen-sized frame would come in two pieces and that they could deliver and assemble it (I live on the second story of a house). I picked a finish I liked and paid about half of the total price for a down payment, as he advised me that it would take 4-6 weeks for the bed frame to get delivered to them and for them to finish it. After four weeks went by, I called to follow-up and he let me know it was ready for delivery that Saturday! They actually ran a little ahead of schedule and brought it that Friday evening. Assembly was super easy and they instructed me how to disassemble the two-piece bed frame when I move ("only remove the black screws"). I've been using the bed frame for about a month now and I am so happy to say that I have no fears that it will collapse on me in the night like my IKEA bed frame did! :) And the storage is fantastic! I will definitely go back to Knock on Wood if I need a dining set, TV stand, etc. in the future.

And then they tell you their name and leave you alone to explore but are close by for questions. Previously we went to Raymour and the saleswoman followed us the entire time and commented on everything we looked at. The first purchase in March was a new kitchen set. We tried probably 15 of them! Once we found the one we wanted, we got our salesman and wrote up the sale. The selection was amazing. Everything from casual, family style to very fancy. We paid to have our own set picked up and we paid for delivery of our new set. Both fees were very reasonable. Our salesman went over all the current discounts and actually offered us something less than I got in the mail. We had to order the set since it wasn't in stock, but they called as soon as it arrived and we confirmed a delivery date. Cardi's texted us the night before delivery to give us the window of time. Three delivery men arrived early the next morning and the entire process was quick and smooth and they were all very personable. Recently we went back and ordered a new recliner. Everything worked exactly the same. I highly recommend Cardi's in South Attleboro, I can't say enough good things about them.

It has a drop down table, cup holders along with a charging station. This is what drew us to purchase. Upon delivery, the charging station does not work. We call Raymour and Flanagan, speak to a wonderful woman named Marlene, who refers us to the service department. Over a couple of weeks, I talk with several people, leave several messages with service dept. No callbacks. Frustrated, I call again, finally speak with service dept. manager, Miranda, and ask why no call back? She claims she never got messages from customer service. She then informs me that this item is out of stock, and I now have to wait until the end of April. She ensures me a call back with date and time of a new delivery. She never calls or emails. Today is May 8th, I call, and speak to Marlene, customer service rep, she is so kind, and who apologizes. She helps me right away, my delivery will be here next week. To spend 5k on furniture for this kind of service. Bad service dept. Kudos to Marlene, you are patient and kind. To spend almost 5K for this kind of service? I will now shop elsewhere.

In the evening before the delivery we were notified the love seat will not be available for delivery until mid-June. Why weren't we advised of this when we purchased it or at the very least during the week before delivery, not the evening before. The delivery arrived on May 30th with only the accent chair. NO SOFA, NO LOVE SEAT. I called the store to get some clarification as to what happened with the sofa, I asked to speak with the manager, many hours have passed and I am still waiting for a call back. This has been an experience in very poor communication and poor customer service. Once Raymour and Flanigan had our money the motivation to provide good service was gone. We are very dissatisfied customers. And still don't know when our furniture will arrive. Meanwhile we have no furniture in our living room.

We love the West Elm outlet and got an incredible deal on our couch…read more They have a section where they sell couch pieces by the section for $100 each, so say it's missing the chaise or arm (which you can buy at retail) they send it to this section. So we ended up being there at the right time and day to snag one of their modular sectionals, which was 5 pieces just missing the arm. It was a $6k couch, which we got for $400 and we ordered the missing arm, which ended up being $450 on it's own at retail, but still a major win. I did go at least 3x a week to see their fresh inventory for about 3 weeks straight while on the hunt for a good deal, but in the end, it was awesome. My wife and I venture out there anytime we visit the Wrentham Outlets. Our next haul will be for a dining table, which they do have at a 40-50% discount from time to time. We've bought light fixtures too, at a great discount, and little by little, outfitting our home with quality furniture pieces. If you're in the area, I highly recommend visiting.

They were professional and have been in business for years and they furnishings they sell are top notch. The set we bought was all handmade in America. They had what we we looking for in stock and didn't have to order and was delivered free a few days later. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and if I ever need anything furniture related I will head back here and buy from them again. Yes there prices are higher the some box stores but the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each piece is amazing.

TERRIBLE delivery service! Bob's Furniture charges $150 for a White Glove experience, just for the…read moredelivery guys to ruin the entire experience for you. The first delivery, the item was damaged. After returning it, I was scheduled for the next delivery date which was 5 days after the original date. When the next delivery date came around, the delivery guys argued with my elderly mother that the item was "too heavy" to bring up the stairs, following he is not going to "break his back" doing so. The best I was offered was another delivery date, with a different team, 10 days later! I had to fight a hard fight to get next day delivery at a special time because I had no one to receive the furniture for me and I had to be at work. I waited 2 hours and nobody showed up! After the 2 1/2 hour mark, I got a call stating the delivery team is outside of my house, but I had already left. I was 2 hours late for work waiting for them to show up and all they had to say was they were delayed. Understanding, delays happen, however, that should have been communicated to me so we can plan accordingly. They shouldn't have just showed up 2 1/2 hours late, especially after the experience I had the pervious day. I've never had an experience as horrible as this over furniture. After going back and forth with delivery team and store associates, dealing with 2 managers and a supervisor, spending three hours on the phone about the delivery driver arguing with my mom while I was at work, then the next day, the furniture showing up 2 1/2 hours late, making me 2 hours late to work... I ended up canceling my order. All that for nothing. And the associates at store level... there's nothing they can do.
