Day 1: Crew showed up in quality rigs, and within not much time at all they tore down and removed 100 feet of old fences, taking care in avoiding neighbor's and our plants. Day 2: Michael's second crew arrived on time and installed our new common fence, which Michael described as a board-on-board method where both sides look exactly alike, using long 4x6 pressure treated redwood posts buried deep, 2x12 PT kickboards, and con-heart fence boards topped with double privacy lattice with a 2x6 redwood cap. We contracted him and his team for a backyard renovation during the pandemic. We drew up a plan that worked for him (our plan was pretty straightforward and simple using Microsoft Excel!; not hiring a landscape architect saved us lots of dollars!).
