Only complaint and 4 stars, is that you have to pay for dry time, 25 cents for 3 minutes, every other laundromat I've been to has free dry with wash having to pay every 3 min is kinda annoying. The dryers are brand new so they dry pretty fast but still I'd rather pay an extra dollar on the wash to get a free dry. Besides that everything is clean and spacious with many options, the owners seem very kind.

It needed to be washed in order to get rid of the remodeling dust and dirt it was exposed to for a couple of months while contractors used our garage as their workshop while doing a couple of bid projects in our house. The woman running the place on Easter Sunday was pleasant and helpful on the phone and remembered me when I turned up. She did everything for me except loading/unloading the machine. Her advice about the right amount of detergent based on the machine type was spot-on and prevented what would have been a horrible mess (and at least another $9) had I followed the car cover manufacturer's instructions instead. I explained how disappointed I was because when I dropped off the garments, there was no mention about having to replace the fabric of the belt loops or completely altering the back of the skirt where the zipper was. She asked what she could do to make it right. I could tell she really cares about her business and customers, as well as the quality of work they produce. I explained that there wasn't much because of how altered they both were but instead, to make sure her parents fully understood what the customer was wanting and not to be afraid to say no if they couldn't actually do it. She agreed and again, couldn't have been more apologetic. This was a learning lesson for both parties and I know how to move forward. In the beginning, she asked if she could give me a refund. I declined at first because I wasn't seeking one but instead, was really hoping something could be done about my clothes. After a few phone calls, I decided I'd go ahead and take it. Prior to this, It had been a while since I've brought something to them but because this was handled so professionally, I'll continue using them but for dry cleaning only. He specifically chose Pleats because their website says they are open on Saturdays from 10am - 2pm, and he knew he would need to pick up the suit the same day as the wedding (on a Saturday) because we had been out of town. Their website AND Google listing said they were open on Saturdays. Lo and behold, he gets there Saturday morning at 10am sharp, and they are closed. Multiple other people arrived to drop off clothes because they were also under the impression that they were open. My husband ended up having to go to three suit stores to try to find a similar suit (he was a groomsman) and spent $350 on a new suit. The suit did not match perfectly and he looks out of place in the wedding photos. He also missed the groomsmen lunch. It was an extremely stressful morning to say the least. I also looked at the reviews, and the owner was aware that the site is incorrect and didn't bother to change it! It has been a month since this occurred, and the hours are still not updated. We contacted the store, and they said that the hours are correct on desktop, but not on mobile devices. I would say that the majority of people looking into the hours for a store are probably doing so on their phone. We requested a reimbursement for the suit and they declined. Horrible, horrible service, especially considering they knew their hours were misrepresented before this even happened to us and they had an opportunity to correct them. Will never, ever go here again.
