I'm pretty sure I was approached by 5 people at 5 different times of my visit. The most helpful one was Milan. Not only did she direct us to different tile sections, she gave lots of suggestions and also gave us her opinions. She also would get a sample of a tile that she thought might look good. At the end of our shopping selection for a bathroom, she printed out all the options we selected and printed us a copy so they're all in one place. I would definitely come back. The work was great. They cleaned up like they had never been there, and the attention to detail (corner work, alignment of seams, etc) was exceptional. Very respectful of the house as well. In the store, Randi did a great job in helping me spec out what I needed and my options. I will say that I had a competitive bid, and USST was about 10% less... but it wasn't just price.
