No need to be rude, but I understand. So I stopped going and called Sunoco to resolve the problem. They sent a gift card and said they'd speak to the station owner. I go back to the station one more time to ask if my card will ring up at the credit card price or the cash price before pumping. The man, who I am assuming is the owner, and his wife are talking. I patiently wait for them to finish and when they finally do the man tries to be polite and and asks what he can do. I ask, if I use my Sunoco card will it ring up the cash price or the credit price and he says, "it's a credit card it's credit card price." With a little zing on it. So I explain the policy as it pertains to Sunoco cards and he repeats his previous statement. I leave, never to return.
