Great pricing & fast service. I have been going here for refills for years. Well worth the drive from New Britain.

Two phone calls and horribly surly experiences both times. Moved on to another provider.

I started 5 weeks ago before the 1st delivery of gas. Each time I called they said they would elevate the question...no one has ever answered the question. Got my 1st invoice today and I just paid it. Another issue is the original 2 large tanks were never installed on level ground so they were leaning into my shed which in turn damaged the siding. I've called on that 3 times to see if they will replace the siding where the damage is. It's been since 11/21/22 that I sent in pics of the damaged. I won't hold my breath but Paraco took over the original company and customers so they should fix it. Not starting off well with Paraco...we shall see how this goes...I would pay .10 cents a gallon more if I could get good customer service.

They never advised me the would put my delivery on hold till the balance was paid in full, but I kept paying them. I called for a safety check. I was told by the service guy that the lines were above the ground and not safe to fill my tank. I was so disrespected by the associates working with paraco. I arranged for them to pick up the tank. They lasted filled me in May knowing the lines were on top of my property making it unsafe for my family. I would never recommend that company to anyone.

Our first experience with Plumbums was excellent - we had an emergency issue, Jim was able to come…read moreout within an hour or two and get it fixed, and he was on his way. When our pipes froze during the big storm this January (thankfully, without water in them), we decided to hire Plumbums again. That didn't go as well. Quality of work: The fixes Jim suggested (a series of individual junction fixes) seemed reasonable for the repairs needed, but in some cases replacing whole sections would have been more time- and cost-efficient (according to other plumbers we've had in our home who have seen the work done). And we needed four return visits within our first three days living in the house to address issues that had not been resolved or that popped up as soon as we turned systems on. One problem (heat running constantly on our first floor, making the house over 80 degrees in the winter) was unresolved until I researched possible causes myself and communicated that to Jim, who sent out one of his guys to implement the fix. Professionalism: We were frustrated by the lack of care shown toward our property. Jim's guys left plumbing debris (not just the stuff our homeowner's insurance requested, but just straight-up trash), food trash, and drywall dust in our basement and living areas. This means that the first thing we had to do after driving 3,200 miles to move in was clean up after them. Drywall was removed roughly in several locations, and although patching was not included in the estimate, the cuts themselves appeared unnecessarily sloppy (and our new plumber neatly cuts and replaces drywall as a matter of course, leaving the mudding to us, which is fine). Plumbums did work well with our insurance company to get our claim handled, and ultimately we have working plumbing. But our experience wasn't great.
