It's gas is a little higher priced than the one in Wallingford as well. Sometimes I go out of my way to another one if I want something from Cumberland Farms because this one has a quarter of the stuff. However, it's close by so it is convenient for me if I need something quick or procrastinated and need gas now. But more than a few times I've gone in there looking for something and left and went to a different Cumberland farms.

Luckily I turn my water off before leaving for an extended period. When I called to speak with Mitchell they informed me I was called and emailed. Not true. The excuse was that it was a cold and snowy winter which disrupted their schedules. The Mitchell website is basically useless. Their is very little detail and visibility into your account. Also other companies offer remote monitoring devices that they can monitor as well as an app you can follow as well. Mitchell pricing is not the best as well. Look elsewhere for service.

He handed me an invoice and I was told to pay him when I had the money, to put my credit card away. That was decades ago. They earned my gratitude and trust on that day. Since then, this family business has been my source for oil. They always get my business. Clearnings, routine service, and prompt (often same day) delivery of oil is how Grant brothers oil Rolls. They aren't the cheapest, nor do I expect them to be. They arrive when they say they will, they are courteous, pleasant, and value their customers and community. I started 5 weeks ago before the 1st delivery of gas. Each time I called they said they would elevate the question...no one has ever answered the question. Got my 1st invoice today and I just paid it. Another issue is the original 2 large tanks were never installed on level ground so they were leaning into my shed which in turn damaged the siding. I've called on that 3 times to see if they will replace the siding where the damage is. It's been since 11/21/22 that I sent in pics of the damaged. I won't hold my breath but Paraco took over the original company and customers so they should fix it. Not starting off well with Paraco...we shall see how this goes...I would pay .10 cents a gallon more if I could get good customer service.

Our first experience with Plumbums was excellent - we had an emergency issue, Jim was able to come…read moreout within an hour or two and get it fixed, and he was on his way. When our pipes froze during the big storm this January (thankfully, without water in them), we decided to hire Plumbums again. That didn't go as well. Quality of work: The fixes Jim suggested (a series of individual junction fixes) seemed reasonable for the repairs needed, but in some cases replacing whole sections would have been more time- and cost-efficient (according to other plumbers we've had in our home who have seen the work done). And we needed four return visits within our first three days living in the house to address issues that had not been resolved or that popped up as soon as we turned systems on. One problem (heat running constantly on our first floor, making the house over 80 degrees in the winter) was unresolved until I researched possible causes myself and communicated that to Jim, who sent out one of his guys to implement the fix. Professionalism: We were frustrated by the lack of care shown toward our property. Jim's guys left plumbing debris (not just the stuff our homeowner's insurance requested, but just straight-up trash), food trash, and drywall dust in our basement and living areas. This means that the first thing we had to do after driving 3,200 miles to move in was clean up after them. Drywall was removed roughly in several locations, and although patching was not included in the estimate, the cuts themselves appeared unnecessarily sloppy (and our new plumber neatly cuts and replaces drywall as a matter of course, leaving the mudding to us, which is fine). Plumbums did work well with our insurance company to get our claim handled, and ultimately we have working plumbing. But our experience wasn't great.
