I made an appointment with Gary to install a garbage disposal. He never showed up or cared to contact me.

I asked ChatGPT for the best company suited to my particular problem and Johnson Bros was the…read morerecommendation. My criteria was honest, competent, and fair prices. I feared a complicated drainage diagnosis and possibly a very expensive repair. I had already worked myself into believing this might involve cameras, locating equipment, drainage plans, excavation, and who knows what else. Jeremy took one look at the situation and said, essentially, "Nope." The problem was simple, and so was the solution. He explained that the pop-up drain was doing what it was designed to do, but the excess water had found an easier path underground, which also explained a soft depression nearby (this was causing a lot of soil erosion on my neighbor's property). He then spent a great deal of time walking me through the remedy: where to dig, how deep and wide to make the area, how to use gravel and plants, and how to install deeper edging so the water would disperse properly instead of gushing toward my neighbor's property. I asked a lot of questions. Jeremy answered every one patiently, then went over the plan a second and third time because I wanted to make sure I understood. He physically mapped everything out so I could clearly understand what needed to be done. There was no attempt to sell me camera diagnostics, unnecessary cleaning, excavation, or an expensive drainage system. He charged only the $79 trip fee and nothing more. That kind of honesty is increasingly rare. Jeremy could have turned my anxiety into a padded invoice, but instead gave me a practical, inexpensive solution and made certain I understood it before he left. This is exactly the kind of company people hope they are calling. I felt so relieved that I was prompted to reciprocate his honesty by writing this review.

Apparently AO Smith assembler does not know what torque wrenches are for or he was being ugly and decided to make a few peoples lives miserable. Even though the problem is an AOSmith problem they say I might have to pay a small sum to get the exchange water heater. So I have to pay for delivery of the old unit back to Lowes, delivery of replacement to my home, and then pay for installation.....How's that for a 6 year warranty?

I have used Mike Scott in the past and don't remember being gouged for the work…read more He actually came after hours a couple months ago to fix a leak in my bathroom which turned out to be the faucet that he couldn't do anything about because the hose that was leaking was part of the faucet So he said get new faucets So I finally got some new faucets they said yes would work but the charge just to replace 2 bathroom faucets was like 585$ plus they wanted another 88 $ just to check on a slow draining sink which was one of the sinks he had to replace the faucet on So I have no idea what the hell is wrong with this picture but I can't afford his trip to Tahiti or his wife's Lois Voiton So I'm getting someone more reasonable I mean WTH??? God forbid I asked him to replace the 2 toilet seats too The bill would have hit like over 700$ I will never use them again that's ridiculous not to mention these faucets are easy to install as most of the reviews on them people were doing it themselves with no issues and the toilet seats are super easy as well whatever I'm certain I can find someone else to do this very simple job for me and not price gouge me Good luck if you decide on this company And I wonder why I was asked if they built my house? I really don't want to know Whatever I'm moving on I would have given a nega 5 stars if that was an option

He was very personable and professional, and took the time to clearly answer all my questions (which I'm sure was a challenge, as I am not very good at understanding things like this). M&S has such wonderful customer service and great service technicians. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering installing a mini-split.

One of the most unprofessional experiences I've had with a company in a long time…read more First of all, be warned, this company uses a mix or AI (robots), international customer service, and local people, to handle their inbound calls. So you never know if you're speaking to someone local, someone over seas, or a robot. I called and scheduled an appointment to have my kitchen sink snaked, using their $93 or free promotion. The tech was supposed to arrive between 1-5 pm. (I later figured out that I was talking to AI, to schedule this). So the following morning, I get a call, from a human in their office, saying no, I need to be home at 11 AM, because the plumber will arrive earlier. So I had to leave my job at 10:45 AM to meet this plumber. By 12:30 he had not arrived, so I called the office. The office informs me, we never said at 11, we said AFTER 11 (this is absolutely NOT what they had said to me). They proceed to inform me that the plumber only has one stop before me, and should arrive early afternoon. By 3:30 pm he STILL had not arrived, and I had missed almost an entire day of work. I called the office again, and got an over-seas customer service person who had no idea what was gong on. This so-called plumber shows up at 5:15 pm! He brings in a hand snake, that looks like a child's preschool toy, and performs one of the most half-assed, half-hearted attempts to clear a drain that I've ever seen. He says he can't clear it without a power auger. (Anyone with half a brain would have brought a power auger with them initially). He says he can do it tomorrow, with a power auger, for $500!! At this point I told him to leave. There was no charge for service since he was unable to clear the drain. BUT, this is a BAIT AND SWITCH sales tactic. Advertise one price and service, and then BAM, hit you with a higher price. This waste of time cost me nearly an entire day of work. I was able to get a different company to come out and clear the drain that same evening. The other company arrived on time, and cleared the drain for only $200, less that half the price that M & S wanted to charge me.
