The Dry Eye Guy With…read morenearly all 5 star reviews, what can you say that hasn't already been said? How about the little known secret that Dr Cepero is actually a dry eye specialist. For those that suffer from the affliction of dry eyes, you know that over the counter drops are merely a temporary solution, because an hour or two later the feeling of dry, scratchy, sand filled eyes comes roaring back with a vengeance! If you wake up in the middle of the night with eyes so dry, they feel like stale raisins, you need to make an appointment with Dr Cepero immediately. Dr Cepero has the patience of a saint. He won't dismiss your symptoms as exaggeration or a figment of your imagination, or just tell you to use warm compresses. Instead, he will listen carefully in order to figure out the right protocol for you to get results. By the way, they say you can judge a man by the way he treats his parents. This man is gentle and tender with his Mom and Dad, and that's how you know you found the right doctor.

ANAIS PRADA IS A MUST!…read more I visited For Eyes about a year ago and received excellent service from Anais Prada. She was sweet, took her time with greeting me, asking if I need an appointment, if i have any insurance, showing me the store layout, and personally walking me over to the doctor's office. After my appointment, she walked me over to step/by-step help in picking my glasses. After I chose my glasses, Anais took her time to explain every lens material and add-ons. She also made great and courteous attempts to get to know my routine and for what type of events I would wear these glasses. I left grateful to have had such attentive help and excited to receive my order. My next walk-in was in about a week after Anais took her time to call me in a very fond tone that my glasses and contacts were ready for pick up. She kindly took her time to greet me once again and asked me to sit down so we can check that everything is just perfect. She was able to clean my glasses, explain the vision, and adjust them to my needs. She spoke kindly about For Eyes' lifelong service, their low price guarantee, and their 30-day warranty. I left with a nice pair of Armani glasses, an annual supply of contact lenses, and a 14-day family and friends voucher for anyone that I know that may need glasses. I revisited after a year of purchasing my contacts and glasses, because Anais took her time to call me personally to catch up with how my glasses were treating me and to let me know that my prescription had expired. I went in for a re-adjustment of my glasses and to book my next appointment! Anais Prada is truly a professional and compassionate worker. Ask for her next time you find yourself at this location!

Updated: They really…read moretried to fix the issue. They were very apologetic and tried to be speedy and efficient about the whole ordeal. Even the Dr.Obregon offered apologies about the matter. The young lady in the front really tried her best and I appreciate that. I have a follow up exam in a few weeks and hope that the service is smoother. But they did change my mind so I'll be going back for a follow up soon and keep updating. Hopefully with good news (: So this is my second appointment that runs late. Mind you this appointment was made 1 YEAR in advance that's why I gave it a second shot hoping that since it was done a year in advance I wouldn't have the same experience as the first time.. I got her 20 minutes before my appointment and there was some lady huffing and puffing that she needed to be seen. Apparently she had no appointment or wasn't notified about changes... so what do they do? Give her my appointment. I have another appointment to get to. So maybe if I had been a spoiled brat without no appointment I would've kept my slot or someone else's. After this experience I'm looking for another place. No consideration for people's time. The first time same mess. The only thing was my glasses were done quickly and there's one young lady that is super sweet. Oh and when I asked if they were running on time one of the ladies tells me well it's 9:20....I understand that.....just wanted to know where they were at on time.
