I have been coming here for years now and have yet to be disappointed. There's a big selection of eyewear and sunglasses. They don't push you into getting them if you don't want to, which is great. I have been to both Dr. Einhorn and Dr. Yu and they are both great. They both make sure you're getting the correct vision for both glasses and contact lenses. With appointments, it's easy and they send you a text message to confirm your appointment. It is a little far from my house but it's worth it because I'm going to great doctors. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Yu at Einhorn Eyecare Center for over 10 years, and I couldn't be happier with the care I receive. Dr. Yu is kind, attentive, and truly takes good care of my eyes. The staff at the center are always friendly, professional, and make every visit a pleasant experience. Appointments are efficient, and my glasses are made promptly. What I really appreciate is that if my glasses ever feel uncomfortable, they will adjust them right away read more

After more than a decade as a patient of Dr. Yu, I am disappointed to say that I will be moving on. Over the past several years, I have increasingly felt that my needs and concerns are no longer a priority. Each visit has become repetitive--especially regarding my interest in Lasik eye surgery. The answer has always been an immediate "no," without meaningful discussion or updated evaluation. Instead, the focus consistently seems centered on selling glasses or contacts, both of which are noticeably overpriced. Last month, I asked about the new eye drops, Qlosi. Dr. Yu initially told me that I was not a candidate. When I followed up with the office manager, I was told that the doctor had not yet met with any pharmaceutical representative regarding the drops. This contradiction left me feeling misled and disappointed. Honesty is the foundation of patient care, and I should never have to question whether I am receiving accurate information. It has become clear that the priority is sales--not patient well-being. Because of this, I can no longer continue my care with Dr. Yu. My family, several friends, and I will be discontinuing our visits. It's unfortunate to see a doctor's lack of transparency and compassion drive long-standing patients away. read more

I have been coming here for over 25 years. Dr. Yu and the team at Einhorn Eye Care are incredible. From check-in to checkout, everything is smooth, friendly, and professional. Dr. Yu explains things clearly and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and informed. The Einhorn Eyecare Center is decent for eye care needs. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the wait time can be longer than expected. Overall, I had a fine experience, just not exceptional. Would recommend if you're local and need a quick eye exam! read more

Great eye doctor and staff. Dr Yu and the Einhorn staff were very helpful and made me feel welcomed. Dr Yu was very thorough with his explanations. Definitely recommend this practice. read more

I had very positive experience and he is very knowledgeable about my visions and prescriptions very clean very organize.

I read the 1-star review and I am sorry that person had that kind of experience. But I have to consider that an outlier because I have been going to Dr. Einhorn and then Dr. Yu since either the late 80's or the early 90's and I can assure you that they have been nothing but polite, professional, friendly, and helpful. When I needed eye surgery, they caught it early and referred me to a retinal surgeon who was also fantastic. I cannot imagine "seeing" anyone else for my eye care! read more

So after being a patient and patronizing this practice for over 15 years our relationship will need to come to a sad end after Dr William Yu has put the patient last and filling his pockets first. My wife and I went to the practice to pick up glasses we each ordered last year (Due to COVID-19). My wife's glasses were ready and they couldn't find mine. After searching and not finding the glasses I ordered, the office staff checked the system and made a ton of excuses for why the glasses were not ordered. They attributed the glasses not being requested due to the deposit and claimed to have called me; which is true but they never threatened to cancel my order. So since the Office Manager could not resolve my issue I requested to speak with Dr Yu. Basically, my vision insurance gives me a yearly allowance that I used in November of 2019 to order glasses. The office practice after Dr Yu took over requires for customers/patients to place a deposit. I first came to learn of this new policy during this visit because when Dr Eihorn ran the practice the deposits were not required. Since I wasn't prepared to leave a deposit and the office staff would not allow me to order the glasses I requested to see if the Dr Yu would allow for the order to be placed. During my conversation with Dr Yu he could not remember that he gave the okay to have the glasses ordered without the deposit. So I asked him why my wife's glasses were ordered and mine were not although she didn't provide a deposit? He made a remark along the lines that my wife kind of cheated the system, but later retracted the comment and cleaned it up once he thought about it; he made it seem like we were trying to con his practice. He mentioned that if he would give me the glasses he would lose financially and I reminded him that I lost my Vision Insurance Allowance for last year and I can't recoup it. I told him if he would check my financial records he could see that my family has never left a deposit during the ordering of glasses, which he disregarded. Dr Yu, your office made a mistake and you failed to fix it. Good-bye and shame on you. read more

I'm a busy professional and was given an appointment within 15 minutes of my call, so made it on my day off. The center I used before offered an appointment 8 weeks later. Dr. LaRosa was courteous, professional and thorough. The staff checked my insurance and maximized coverage discounts. All in all, a lovely place. 10/10 read more

This was my first visit to Einhorn Eyecare Center. As I entered I could see the large area dedicated to retail with a huge selections of frames. I was worried, oh boy I am going to not get an eye exam but I am about to get a high pressure sales pitch. Boy was I wrong, Dr. Einhorn was great with no sale pressure at all to buy glasses. This is very appreciated in today's world where everywhere you go someone is trying to upsell you on something. The staff is great and they have great hours! I wish all medical staff I made appointments with were as friendly and professional as the staff at Einhorn Eyecare Center. The wait time was...what? Did I write wait time? There was no wait time! I arrived a few minutes early and got into my appointment as scheduled. Dr. Yu took his time and explained things thoroughly, as well as the staff, when I selected my frames. I did have to return for an adjustment and met Pete, who treated me as though I was a VIP and expedited the process for me. Great service, great people!! We had three appointments with Dr. Yu for me and my two daughters. There were people already in the waiting area, but we were only waiting for a short period of time. We had a great visit with Dr. Yu who is very professional, but also extremely personable. We get our glasses online, so all we needed were the prescriptions but the office staff was more than helpful and pleasant. I have been to many eye doctors, but I will not go anywhere else now.
