The active security with Deep Sentinel is absolutely unparalleled - where patrol agents are actively monitoring your property at all times, providing warnings from actual agents live before dispatching authorities. But I'm writing this long delayed review for a couple of reasons! Those reasons are 2 customer service agents who assisted me with a trouble-shooting issue today. Their names are Bob and Rich, and they are absolutely phenomenal. Thankfully the Deep Sentinel system works so well that I almost never need to be in touch with technical support (I think this may only be the second time in 2 years, and each time they resolve the issue thoughtfully, professionally and quickly.) Really impressed with this company. If you may be on the fence in terms of whether or not to consider Deep Sentinel for your home security, don't. Very, very highly recommend.

A quality security system is truly invaluable when you consider the peace of mind it brings, and this is a company you can absolutely trust. The process began with excellent communication from the office before any work was even scheduled; they provided quotes in a timely manner that were easy to understand and fit perfectly within my budget. What impressed me most was that they use only quality equipment, and Israel took the time to review both what I needed and what I didn't need, which was equally important to me. Ami helped to coordinate installs was a total Angel because our schedule is Hectic and our project of sorting out multiple old systems, broken sensors and contacts, and a mess left by the old company (nothing was labeled or organized) required multiple visits and at odd times- I really appreciate that the installers were committed to doing everything right even though it took more equipment and time than we originally anticipated. Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention). Ultimately chose safe and sound for the excellent customer service and highly recommend!
