Well, it is NOT. I went to turn off the fuse labeled 'Dryer'. And I got shocked when attempting to reconnect the wire which was hanging out of the dryer outlet. Meaning the breaker box/ panel is NOT labeled correctly. This is very concerning seeing how someone can get seriously injured. And this company couldn't take the time to test any of the breakers. 2) The kitchen sink is messing caulk and clips. That is not on the inspection. Which means they didnt brothered to look. 3) Hot and Cold water lines under the kitchen sink were not connected to the correct inlet. Which means they didn't brother to look at all. This makes me question everything else they 'checked'. They do horrible work and its messed up that we had to pay them to do faulty work. And of course how is the customer suppose to know this when we rely on them to do the job? Due to this company's slip shod job me, my husband or anyone else who performed work on this place could have been seriously injured because this company cannot and did perform and lied on the report. What a worse of money. But this company will continue to stay in business because buyers wont know how horrible or good of a job they perform until its to late.

Mark is flexible for the quick turnaround (scheduled our inspection within a couple days) in our inspection period. I appreciate how he uses a 3rd party for a roof and termite inspections....I'd prefer the professionals who encounter these specialties everyday to look for problems. A big storm was forecast to hit when our inspection was scheduled....which worried me. But Mark and the roofer were on top of it. They had actually went out the day before our scheduled inspection, so that they could be thorough (and safe) despite the looming storms. Lastly, since we couldn't attend the inspection to get his feedback in person, Mark called us (my husband and myself) that evening to verbally summarize his report and answer any questions that we had.
