They do accept walk ins but plan to call before coming in to make sure they have time for your service. i have been there when they cannot accommodate a walk in. But if you call they will schedule you pretty quickly. The prices just increased to $55 for a regular mani/pedi but I think that is competitive with other places. The nail techs always take their time and I leave happy with my nails.

So I asked the front desk person who did her gel x nails and she pointed to the boss in the first chair. The boss came over to me to check my nails and nodded and walked away. Next thing I know I was tossed over to someone named "Nicole" who I immediately got bad vibes from. I asked her how long she had been doing gel x and her reply was "two months" I said "hold on" and walked back to front desk to ask why I was with a newbie. Come to find that Nicole was new to Magic Nails but had been doing nails elsewhere (not sure I bellieved this story either). I walked up to the Boss Lady since she dd the desk person's nails and another lie she said "i only do acrylics" At this point I realized that games were being played. I went back to Nicole's chair and she got up abruptly and went to speak to the person at the front desk. Then she left without saying anything to me. I asked "where is she?" After 3 minutes, I got up and told the front desk "is this how you treat your customers?? I'M DONE HERE!" And walked out. The people that work here are rude and act entitled. Nicole is a coward. All she had to say was "I don't think we got off to a good start" And I would have respected her choice.
