Customer Care Appliance Repair was the only company with 5 star ratings on Yelp who could come by today. It was a little challenging to coordinate timing with a busy mother and the repair crew but James was patient and responsive. In the end, he was able to get the fridge fixed within 3 hours of our first call. Since I wasn't there myself, I asked the tenant what she thought of James' service. Her response was that James was "very nice and professional." I have no way of knowing if the job was priced higher than other repair companies since I am no expert in home appliance repairs. But these guys were available when it counted. I hope I'll never need any repair services anymore but if I do, I'll most likely call Customer Care Appliance Repair again

Connor came to diagnose the problem, and he and Mark worked diligently to find the part for our oven, as Bosch had discontinued it. He was very nice, said he could come out that day (Saturday, did I mention on Easter weekend?) around 1, but maybe earlier than that. Bob called back around 12 and said he could be there in 20 minutes. Got here, fixed my refrigerator with no problems. While he was doing that, we talked about appliances in general, learned a thing or three about appliances nowadays that I will apply to any future appliance purchases. Best thing of all? They did not charge extra for a weekend call. Try finding that some place else. I highly recommend Appliance Care, especially if you are in a jam on a weekend and no one else can help you. On July 9 we picked up the bandsaw (they loaded it into our vehicle). To my shock we were charged $128.70 for an "adjustment". When we got home and unloaded the bandsaw, we noticed that the table was damaged as if someone took a grinder to it, the broken handle that was called out wat NOT replaced, a missing blade guide set screw was gone, blade teeth were damaged because they installed the blade outside of the blade channel, and the lower thrust guide screw was missing. I called today and told them I wanted my money back because we were charged for a service without our consent (they never called to tell us that work was being done that would cost us money) and because of the issues I've described above.
