I have used this company over the years to repair a dishwasher, dryer, fridge, and oven. I have always found them to be responsive to requests for help, prompt in providing service, knowledgeable about the appliance they were asked to repair, and willing to explain what the issues were. They showed up exactly when they said they would and (upon request) called ahead to let me know they were on their way. I am currently using a home warranty program. Recently I had a problem with my dishwasher and the home warranty program sent out a technician from a different repair company. They did arrive promptly but kept changing the diagnosis and said they could not repair the dishwasher because the part was no longer available. I insisted on a second opinion with the home warranty program and specifically requested they send Advanced Appliance. Advanced Appliance were able to diagnose the problem and fix my dishwasher. Thank goodness the home warranty program utilized the services of Advanced Appliance and Air Repair. I now know I need to request them up front any time I have any issues with any of my appliances.

In the end, he was able to get the fridge fixed within 3 hours of our first call. Since I wasn't there myself, I asked the tenant what she thought of James' service. Her response was that James was "very nice and professional." I have no way of knowing if the job was priced higher than other repair companies since I am no expert in home appliance repairs. We were a little apprehensive to "break in" a new repair company, but MCE came through with flying colors! Connor came to diagnose the problem, and he and Mark worked diligently to find the part for our oven, as Bosch had discontinued it. Today we have a leak in our dishwasher and I sent him a text message. Within minutes he called me and he was helping me troubleshoot the problem. Turns out I probably need a New machine instead of a repair. That is based on the age of the machine and leak issue. Steve spent nearly 20 Minutes on the phone with me helping me troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. I have not experienced many appliance repair folks who will spend that amount of time helping someone- knowing that they might not even need his services. This was after I explicitly said in my request that my dryer was ventless. If they read the request and knew dryers they would have know the dryer had a condenser.
